2022 KTM RC390 Photos Leak Via Official Website Ahead Of Debut

2022 KTM RC 390 Photos LeakUnofficial bookings for the upcoming new gen 2022 KTM RC 390 has already opened at select dealerships – Launch is expected in coming weeks
KTM is in the process of updating its RC range including RC 125, 200 and 390. RC390 could be the first to be launched in its new-gen avatar. Photos of the 2022 KTM RC 390 have now leaked via official website.
Earlier today, KTM seems to have made the new gen RC390 website LIVE by mistake. It was soon taken down. But not before automotive enthusiast Yadu Krishnan managed to save the same. Thanks to this, we now have detailed photos of the new gen 2022 KTM RC 390.
New KTM RC390 design and styling
Seen in a dual tone livery of Blue and Orange shade, new RC390 could gets a single LED headlamp in place of the existing twin projector headlights at the front. The new unit could be similar to the one currently in use with 390 Duke. Trendy DRLs are also expected to enhance the overall look and feel of the front fascia. The fuel tank looks larger on new RC390, which means lesser stops at fuel stations. The current model can carry max 9.5 litres of fuel.
Another key change can be seen in the riding position of the updated bike. New RC390 appears to have relaxed ergonomics, something similar to what you would expect from a sports-tourer. This is evident in the slightly higher-up handlebars and more forward-set foot pegs. Pillion comfort also seems to have been improved with new RC390. The height of pillion seat is just right and foot pegs are forward set, as compared to that of current model.
2022 KTM RC 390 Photos Leak
The fairing has undergone a major refresh, although it carries on with the core theme of double-layer design. Whether it’s better than the current version is a subjective matter, better left to user interpretations.
2022 KTM RC390 engine and specs
Engine will be same as earlier, a 373cc single cylinder, liquid cooled unit that is capable of generating 43 hp of max power and 35 Nm of peak torque. It is mated to a 6-speed transmission. The only possibility is that a few tweaks could be introduced to achieve improved reliability. This engine has been in use since around a decade now. KTM has consistently improved it over the years, including changes that were required to meet new emission norms.
Chassis appears to be updated; a bolt-on sub-frame in place of the welded-on design of current model. Suspension system seems to be same as earlier – USD forks at the front and a monoshock unit at the rear with braced alloy swingarm. However, KTM could introduce tweaks that would make the rides more comfortable.
2022 KTM RC 390 exhaust end can is seen with a mesh cover.
Wheels and braking setup has also been updated on new RC390. The bike could get some advanced features such as traction control, lean angle-sensitive ABS and bi-directional quickshifter. These features are currently available with 390 Adventure. New RC390 could also get a new Bluetooth-enabled colour TFT instrument console.
It is likely that new KTM RC390 could be launched in the coming weeks, most likely this month. However, considering the unpredictability surrounding Covid pandemic, things could get delayed. When launched, new RC390 is expected to be around costlier than the current version. The current model retails at a starting price of Rs 2.77 lakh, after the price hike last month. More

2022 Bajaj Pulsar 250F Full LED Headlight Spied – All New Design

2022 Bajaj Pulsar 250F. Image – ZigwheelsBajaj Pulsar 250F will take on rivals such as Suzuki Gixxer SF250 and Yamaha FZS-25
Bajaj Auto will be expanding its bestselling Pulsar range to include new products in 250cc category. The list includes a naked sport NS250, a semi-faired 250F and a fully faired RS250. Talking about Pulsar 250F, the motorcycle has been sighted again on road tests. Although it continues wearing heavy camouflage, some interesting details have been revealed.
Bajaj Pulsar 250F design and features
New Pulsar 250F gets an all-LED setup. The LED headlamp unit looks entirely new and is distinct from the vertically positioned projector unit currently in use with Pulsar 220F. The single LED projector unit is flanked by edgy LED DRLs. LED turn indicators have a sleek design and they are placed perpendicular to the headlamp.
Overall, the front fascia has a beefy profile. It seems to be larger in comparison to 220F. Pulsar 250F utilizes a large windscreen, which should provide better protection against the wind. In other changes, the bike has been equipped with a new engine cowl and sportier looking rear-view mirrors. In addition to their functional relevance, these updates will ensure a dominating road presence for Pulsar 250F.
Talking about side profile, the fairing has been updated with larger, redesigned vents. Bajaj appears to have done a better job with this new fairing design, as it is seamlessly integrated with the fuel tank. In 220F, the fairing seems like a separate piece. The bike gets stubby, dual-vent exhaust.
    2022 Bajaj Pulsar 250F
Users can expect comfortable rides with Pulsar 250F, as it has taller and outstretched clip-on handlebars. The footpegs are slightly rear-set, which implies that it can support an upright as well as slightly forward leaning stance. The bike has split seats, but its seamless design makes it look like a single piece unit. The seats are of adequate size, which should ensure proper comfort even during longer rides.
At the rear, Pulsar 250F gets new tail lights. Rear fenders have been shortened for a sleeker look and feel. Dual tyre huggers have been added for better protection against dirt and debris.
Bajaj Pulsar 250F engine and specs
Powering Pulsar 250F will be a new 250cc motor. It should be able to churn out 24 bhp of max power. It will be mated to a 6-speed gearbox. This new engine will be different from the 248.8cc unit that currently does duty on Dominar, KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles. It is possible that Pulsar 250F could be equipped with multiple ride modes.
    2022 Bajaj Pulsar 250F
Suspension duties will be performed by standard telescopic forks at the front and a new swingarm-linked monoshock unit at the rear. The bike will have disc brakes at both ends and dual-channel ABS will be offered as standard. Bajaj Pulsar 250F could carry a price tag of around Rs 1.32 lakh – Rs 1.34 lakh (ex-showroom). It is expected to be launched sometime later this year or early next year.

Jawa 500cc Adventure Motorcycle Debuts As A Rebadged Bristol Venturi 500

Jawa 500cc Adventure Motorcycle. Hat tip to Mahindra Mojo Riders Club.Neither the Jawa branded adventure bike nor its scrambler sibling will be launched in India
A few days back images of a scrambler wearing a Jawa branding had gone viral in the motorcycling community. This Jawa branded 500cc motorcycle was essentially a rebadged Bristol Veloce 500. Bristol is a Philippines based motorcycle manufacturer which has inked some sort of a deal with Jawa, the original brand from Czech Republic.
This bike has no relation with the Jawa motorcycles made and sold in India by Classic Legends, a Mahindra & Mahindra backed entity. The Indian company bought the rights of the Jawa brand in India and launched its first motorcycle in 2018. The bikemaker currently has three products that are exclusively manufactured in India. These are Jawa, Forty-Two and Perak.
Now, coming back to the original Czech entity, Jawa is looking to expand its footprints across Europe and hence will be extending its lineup by introducing new models in the near future. Another such model is Bristol Venturi 500, which has also been launched in Lithuania, Europe. Venturi is an adventure bike and is based on the same architecture and engine as Veloce 500.
    Design
The latest images shared by Jawa Lithuania, show both the adventure bike and its scrambler sibling standing side by side to each other. While Jawa calls its version of the scrambler as ‘RVR 500’, the adventure tourer is likely to be christened as ‘RVM 500’ as inscribed on the bike’s fuel tank. Both bikes apart from the frame and engine share a lot in common in terms of features and design.
Jawa 500cc Adventure Motorcycle. Image – Jawa Lithuania
RVM 500 looks nearly identical to Venturi 500 and only differs in the livery and decals. It gets a traditional beak and tall windscreen upfront as in contemporary adventure motorcycles. The front end of the bike wears a familiar look to BMW G310GS. It flaunts a V-shaped headlamp and a muscular fuel tank upfront while the tail section gets a luggage mounting rack and rear tyre hugger.
    Jawa 500cc Adventure Motorcycle
Unlike Veloce 500, RVM 500 gets split-style seating and the dual exhaust pipes are housed onto a single canister. The adventure bike, however, rides on the exactly same 18-inch front and 16-inch rear wire-spoked rims shod by Metzeler Tubeless tyres with a block pattern. Both motorcycles even get a similar handlebar.
    Mechanical Specifications
Diving deep into its specifics, RVM 500 is underpinned by a dual-beam, Diamond shape steel frame that is suspended on inverted telescopic forks at front and a mono-shock at rear from KYB. Braking duties are handled by dual discs up front and a single disc at rear which are assisted by a dual-channel ABS from Nissin. Other features include a fully digital instrument console and a USB charging port.
Jawa Europe also has the India-made Jawa Classic on sale
RVM 500 adventure bike will be powered by the same 471cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine as offered in Veloce 500. This motor pumps out 47 bhp at 8,500rpm and a peak torque of 43 Nm at 6,500rpm and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Internationally this bike competes against the likes of Benelli TRK 502 and Honda CB500X. More

Royal Enfield, a leader in the 350cc motorcycle segment, is currently having to deal with some competition in the form of the new gen motorcycles like Honda Hness CB350 and Jawa. Not only this, Yamaha and Suzuki have plans to enter this segment as well. To counter this rivalry, the company is working on a host of new products in the 350cc segment. The new Meteor 350 cruiser was introduced last year, while the next gen RE Classic 350 is all set for debut next month.
    Next Gen RE Classic 350
The new gen Classic 350 has been spied in production ready avatar in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan by Power on Wheel. The leaked images and videos have drawn our attention to a number of features and mechanics which will be a notable upgrade over its current counterpart.
The new Classic 350 will share its platform and engine specs with the Meteor 350 which is positioned on the new modular J1D platform. This new platform offers better ride quality on the Meteor 350 while the addition of a balance shaft reduces vibrations to a great extent.
Where its design is concerned, the next gen Classic 350, will sport a similar retro theme with a flatter fuel tank design, smaller handlebars, mid set foot pegs, an upswept exhaust and rounded headlamps. It will also receive a twin pod semi digital instrument cluster with Tripper Navigation System. Take a look at the leaked video below.
    [embedded content]
It will also get an analogue speedometer with digital readout system for trip meter, odometer and fuel gauge, etc. On board features will also include dual channel ABS and new alloy wheels. Also seen is a revised tail lamp design and new double down tube frame, which it will share with the Meteor 350.

The 349cc, air/oil cooled, SOHC, single cylinder engine will make 20.4 hp power and 27 Nm torque, an improvement in power figures over its earlier 346cc engine that offers 19.1hp power. It receives telescopic forks in the front and dual shock absorbers at the rear and disc brakes on both wheels with ABS offered as standard.

2022 Yamaha R15 V4 Spied Testing In India – Gets New Front Styling

    Image for reference
Currently, Yamaha YZF R15 V3.0 is priced starting at Rs 1.54 lakh (ex-showroom)
Yamaha R15 is a go-to machine for everyone seeking an entry-level sports bike. The motorcycle is currently in its third generation now and still remains an instant crowd puller. Hence, every time it is on the news, it creates a buzz in the market. In this instance, the news is as big as it can get for R15 fans.
It appears that Yamaha has finally started testing the upcoming fourth generation R15 in India. A video uploaded on YouTube by Abhinav Bhatt indicates the same. The recent spy video was reportedly shot near New Delhi in which a couple of test mules can be seen wrapped under full camouflage.
    New R15 V4 Spy Video
Since both prototypes are in the move, it is difficult to get a hold of a clear image of its design. The faired superbike retains its upright tail section as well as the vertically oriented LED headlights with split pillion grab rails acting as winglets flanked on both sides from the current-gen R15 V3.0.
The most drastic update in the new generation model is expected to be the redesigned front fairing which could provide the new R15 a fresh appeal from its front and side angle. Below is the latest spy video, showing the new Yamaha R15 V4 on test in India for the first time.
    [embedded content]
The front face seems heavily revised and seems to draw inspiration from its elder sibling R7 which also received a major upgrade earlier this year. Unlike the dual-LED headlamp setup of the current R15, the upcoming new-gen R15 will feature a single-pod LED headlamp with integrated LED DRLs.
We get to spot a riding posture that looks just as committed as the current R15 thanks to small clip-on handlebars and a higher seat with footpegs positioned slightly towards the rear. The bike will continue to offer a split seat setup while the pillion sits quite high due to a raised tail section. Most of the other features are expected to remain similar to the current model as well.
    Expected Specs & Features
The new-gen R15 will continue to be powered by the same 155cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine which is paired with a six-speed gearbox with a slipper and assist clutch as standard. This powertrain in its present state returns an output of 18.5bhp and 14.1 Nm of peak torque. Output figures are unlikely to change in the upcoming model. This engine gets Variable Valve Actuation (VVA), which optimises power delivery throughout the rev-range.
As for cycle parts, we do hope Yamaha provides the new-gen R15 with USD forks at front just like the current international-spec model. However, the test models did not show signs of USD front forks which could be a huge bummer. More details are expected to come our way in the near future. More
