Neev Motorcycles Yoddha Is Royal Enfield Wrapped In Warrior Spirit

Royal Enfield Modified By Neev MotorcyclesBarring the engine-gearbox assembly, all components of this custom-built motorcycle have been handcrafted
When it comes to aftermarket customisation in motorcycles, no one can beat Royal Enfield as a brand. The company builds motorcycles that are known to last long and strong hence are the favourites among folks in the aftermarket industry. Here is another case of a Royal Enfield bike being modified into something tasteful.
A Royal Enfield 500cc model, has been modified into a naked streetfighter cum cafe racer. Dubbed ‘Yoddha’ which stands for warrior in Hindi, the bike has been custom built by Neev Motorcycles based out of New Delhi. Going by first impressions, Yoddha stays true to its name.
Royal Enfield Modified By Neev Motorcycles
The key area of focus is the modified design which is an original piece of work by Navneet Suri, Lead Designer & Founder of Neev Motorcycles. For starters, all body panels from the donor motorcycles have been pulled down and replaced by new custom-built components. The side panels are in the form of an armour shield bolted to the mainframe with graphics of a skull on the background of two crossed swords emphasizing on its bad-ass and aggressive nature.
    Custom Design
Speaking of the mainframe, the chassis and swingarm assembly has been custom built from scratch to add a touch of novelty to its style. Makers have made use of a custom paint job comprising a combination of matte black and silver flames/pinstripes that makes the bike a sure head-turner in the crowd.

Elaborating on the styling, the front end features after-market twin headlights and the sides are graced by a sharp-looking fuel tank with a warrior graphic on top of it. It gets a single-piece saddle only accommodating the rider.
Royal Enfield Modified By Neev Motorcycles
The workshop has made use of a custom straight handlebar that has been blacked out. Exhaust setup has been made out of stainless steel while the free-flowing M4 muffler has been finished in raw glass wool fibre.
The front fender has also been chopped off to accommodate new tyres. The rear section has also been completely chopped off. All in all, design components such as fenders, body panels, swingarm, seat, fuel tank, belly pan and exhaust are handcrafted aftermarket components.
Royal Enfield Modified By Neev Motorcycles
    Changes in hardware
Cycle parts of Yoddha are also starkly different from the stock Royal Enfield motorcycle. The hand-built swingarm assembly houses 17-inch front and rear wheels with black spoked alloy shod by tyre profiles of 190/50 and 110/60 respectively.
The stock conventional telescopic forks at front have been replaced by forks while the rear retains a mono-shock. Specifications regarding barking haven’t been revealed but it looks like the front is taken care of by a 300mm disc with 4 piston caliper while a 230mm disc at rear aids stopping duties.
Switchgear on the handle has been retained, although rearview mirrors have been removed. In terms of its powertrain as well, there is no mention of any changes. Hence we can assume that the 500cc single-cylinder motor paired to a 5-speed gearbox delivers the same output figures. More

2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 Instrument Cluster Detailed In New Spy Shots

2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 Instrument ClusterRoyal Enfield is expected to launch the new gen Classic 350 motorcycle in coming weeks
In line with its strategy to introduce new products at regular intervals and refresh its product portfolio, Royal Enfield will be launching next-gen Classic 350 sometime in the coming weeks. The wait would be worth it, as 2021 Classic 350 comes with a range of updates including visual tweaks, additional features and new chassis and engine.
    Next-gen Classic 350 design updates
2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 continues with its signature retro profile that has remained one of its primary USPs. However, there are several smaller tweaks that give the motorcycle a distinct identity.
A rugged looking circular headlamp cluster with integrated LED DRLs is among the key design highlights at the front. Other components such as handlebar grips and switchgear have also been updated.
The instrument console has been refreshed and it comprises a display screen along with an analogue speedometer. It also gets a fuel gauge. In addition, there are trip meters, time display, Odometer as well as the mention of ECO in the display. Take a look at the latest spy video below, credit to Vicky Mallick.
    [embedded content]
Next-gen Classic 350 will also get Tripper navigation, which was introduced with Meteor 350 last year. Tripper feature comprises a small screen that displays directional arrows for the inputted destination. It works in conjunction with Royal Enfield app and Google Maps. The motorcycle in the spy video is seen in metallic green shade.
Next-gen Classic 350 seat design has been refreshed and it now comes with improved ergonomics, smoother curves and better cushioning. It is expected to provide more comfort during long-distance touring. Another change can be seen in the positioning of grab rails, which are now placed a bit higher than that of the existing model. At the rear, next-gen Classic 350 gets a sleeker round shaped LED tail lamp and new turn indicators.
    Next-gen Classic 350 engine
Powering next-gen Classic 350 will be the new engine that is already in use with Meteor 350. The 349 cc oil cooled OHC engine is capable of delivering 20.2 hp of max power and 27 Nm of max torque. It is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The new transmission uses fewer moving parts, which ensures smooth performance and higher reliability.
Along with the new motor, the motorcycle also gets the new J1D platform. This replaces the earlier single downtube setup. The combo of new engine and chassis are expected to significantly reduce vibrations. We have already seen this with Meteor 350. Performance and handling are also expected to be better, as compared to the current model. In terms of safety, the motorcycle will have disc brakes at both ends, integrated with dual-channel ABS as standard. It will also get alloys and tubeless tyres.
Classic 350 is currently the top selling motorcycle in 200-500 cc segment. Its market share is almost 50%. Although it has been facing competition from new rivals, none have been able to make any major dent to its popularity. The company would be hopeful that next-gen Classic 350 would continue to build upon the motorcycle’s success and wide fan following. More

Royal Enfield 350 Bobber Based On Thunderbird By Bulleteer Customs

Royal Enfield Bobber 350 Custom by Bulleteer Customs
Named Mercury, this custom-made Royal Enfield 350 Bobber is a tribute to Freddie Mercury
A customised Royal Enfield bike is a very frequent sight in India. A Royal Enfield bike modified into a bobber is also nothing new in the automotive market. However, each such customised motorcycle holds some significance and is designed in a certain way to make it look special.
The latest case here is a prime example which had been designed in a way to give a tribute to one of the greatest entertainers of the 20th century Freddie Mercury. Modified by Bulleteer Customs, the custom-built bobber, in this case, uses a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350.
    Customised Design
The motorcycle has received multiple ‘Mercury’ branding across its body including fuel tank and one each on front and rear fender. Speaking of its fenders, both of them have been chopped short. It has also taken a few design inspirations from a traditional scrambler. For instance, it has used wire-spoked wheels dipped in chrome and are wrapped around by Harley-Davidson-style balloon tyres.
The bike wears a nice teal blue and white custom paint job which gives a refreshing look to the motorcycle and is a throwback to the 1960s and 70s. The golden pinstripes add sparkles to its overall design and look astonishingly beautiful.
Royal Enfield Bobber 350 Custom by Bulleteer Customs
There are plenty of custom-made parts such as a teardrop fuel tank, a single pod analogue instrument console as well as a smaller handlebar. The fuel tank is smaller than the stock one and receives a beautiful detailing in golden paint with a retro-style oil filler cap on top.
    Other Styling Highlights
While its round headlamps have been kept intact, its centre panel and toolbox have been removed. Instead, it gets a new chrome-plated airbox along with custom badges. Taillight and number plate have been mounted on the left swingarm just beneath the rear suspension. Speaking of suspension, it retains the stock setup of telescopic forks at front and twin shock absorbers at rear although it is expected to undergo minute tweaking in order to suit its dynamics.
However, the most notable highlight is its custom-made single-piece seat with a striped texture in upholstery and nice cushioning for a comfortable ride. It has been positioned unusually low like a conventional bobber. Another highlight is the inscription of two of Freddie Mercury’s most iconic songs on its fenders- ‘We Will Rock You’ at front and ‘A Kind of Magic’ at its rear fender.
    Thunderbird 350 Engine Specs
Thunderbird 350 is a previous generation cruiser bike from Royal Enfield which got discontinued last year and was recently replaced by the new Meteor 350. In its last BS4 iteration, it was powered by a 346cc cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which generated 19.8 bhp and 28 Nm of peak torque. More

2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 Spied With Alloys – To Be On Offer At Launch

2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 with Alloys
The new-gen Classic 350 is expected to go on sale in a couple of weeks – It will feature a new powertrain and brand new underpinnings
Since the last quarter of 2020, Royal Enfield has put on its aggressive avatar and is on a launch spree. The retro classic bikemaker had earlier announced that it would be launching four new or updated products every year for the next seven years. It started with the new Meteor 350 late last year and earlier the updated Himalayan and 650 Twins earlier this year.
Going by the frequency of test mules spotted in recent times, we believe that Royal Enfield would next launch the new generation model of Classic 350. While we have earlier covered some details regarding its design and specifications, new information about the upcoming retro-styled motorcycle has leaked online.
    Updated Dynamics
It has now been confirmed that the new Classic 350 will be underpinned by J1D architecture which made its debut in Meteor 350 last year. The company will be ditching the single downtube frame for a twin downtube spine frame while the engine will be used as a stressed member. This has proven to improve handling and dynamics of the motorcycle.
The new dual-cradle frame will be suspended on 35 mm telescopic forks at front with a travel of 135mm and twin gas-charged shock absorbers with five-step preload adjustability and 80mm travel at rear.
2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 with Alloys
Braking setup has been revised in the new-gen Classic 350 with a 300mm single disc brake at front with twin-piston floating calipers and a 270mm disc brake at rear with a single-piston floating caliper. Safety net will be provided by dual-channel ABS.
As far as rolling components are concerned, the new Classic 350 will be offered with 90/90 R19 wire-spoke wheels at front and 110/90 R18 wheels at rear as standard. Both wheels will be shod by tubeless tyres but buyers will get the option of tubeless tyres if they opt for alloy wheels. The manufacturer will also be offering a 90/90 19-inch alloy wheel at front and a 120/80 18-inch alloy wheel at rear as an option.
    Design
No major changes will be made to its design since RE Classic’s retro appeal is a major USP for the bikemaker. Although we can expect minor updates such as a rounded pillion seat as standard with a new grab rail mounted onto the frame and a redesigned LED taillight. Other design highlights carried forward from the current model include a circular headlamp with chrome bezels surround, chrome-plated exhaust, broad rear fenders, circular rearview mirrors and a teardrop-shaped fuel tank.
2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 with Alloys
    Updated Powertrain, Feature
The upcoming Classic 350 will also employ a new powertrain which comprises a new 349cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine. This unit is good enough for 20.2 bhp and 27 n of peak torque and will be linked to a new 5-speed gearbox. We have also noticed a new exhaust setup in our previous spy shots. The only major addition, in terms of feature, will be its updated instrument console which will get a Tripper Navigation pod.

2021 Royal Enfield Classic 650 Render Based On Latest Spy Shots

2021 Royal Enfield Classic 650 Render
Royal Enfield is currently planning to launch the new-gen Classic 350 which is expected to launch in the coming few weeks
It is already known that Royal Enfield has been developing multiple models in the 650cc platform. While one is a traditional cruiser that may or may not wear the branding of Meteor, the other one which seems to be a retro-styled classic bike is speculated to carry the nametag of Classic.
While there is no confirmation regarding this from the Chennai-based bikemaker, we do hope a larger and more powerful Classic to hit roads soon especially after Classic 500 being discontinued. We can, however, imagine how the motorcycle would look if and when it gets made.
A digitally rendered design has been created by IAB in-house design artist Shoeb R. Kalania which has been based on the expected lines of the upcoming new generation Classic 350. As evident, there are no major updates in its overall styling as it retains major design elements from the current Classic 350. However, there are subtle yet noticeable differences in this rendering that distinguishes itself from the current 350cc model.
    Overall Styling
For starters, it gets a different single-piece grab rail for the pillion which is bolted to the rear fender than the optional pillion seat as in the current Classic 350. The seats are themselves different from the present modern retro bike.
Royal Enfield Classic 650cc Twin And Classic 350 New Gen Spied together
It also receives new taillights and turn indicators which are sleeker than before. Being powered by a 650ccc parallel-twin engine, it will also feature twin exhaust pipes- one on each side. Also, the front suspension gets an upside-down USD fork in this rendering.
Another small addition would include a Tripper Navigation pod in the instrument cluster. Other than this, every design element has been kept intact and in line with its upcoming new 350cc sibling. This includes a circular headlamp with chrome bezels around, broad rear fenders, chrome-plated exhaust, a teardrop-shaped fuel tank and circular rearview mirrors.
    Mechanical Specs
It will borrow its underpinnings from the 650cc Twins- Interceptor and Continental GT. Not only the platform but also the 648cc parallel-twin motor will also be carried over from the 650cc twins. This unit is capable of producing 47 bhp and 52 Nm of peak torque and will be paired to a six-speed gearbox with a slip and assist clutch. More details on the upcoming 650cc motorcycles are expected to be revealed by Royal Enfield in the months to come.
    New-Gen Classic 350
Meanwhile, Royal Enfield’s next big launch will be the new-gen Classic 350 which will be based on a new J platform and will be powered by a new 349cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine. This motor generates 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm of peak torque and is mated to a new 5-speed gearbox. It is expected to be hitting showrooms in the next few weeks.
