Upcoming KTM 390 Enduro And 390 Adventure Spotted Testing Together In India

KTM 390 Enduro and 390 Adventure Spotted Testing TogetherAs opposed to upcoming 390 Adventure, 390 Enduro is spotted in India for the first time and will rival to-be-launched Royal Enfield Himalayan Raid 450In a rather interesting set of developments, two upcoming KTM lifestyle products have been spotted testing in India. We know the new 390 Adventure is incoming and has commenced testing in India. Which is the second lifestyle bike then? Say namaste to KTM 390 Enduro (name not confirmed) which has been spotted in India for the first time.Upcoming KTM 390 Enduro And 390 Adventure Spotted TestingIf there is one motorcycle to define India’s off-road spectacles in mainstream segment, we have Xpulse 200 Pro from Hero MotoCorp and New Himalayan from Royal Enfield. KTM, on the other hand, has the 390 Adventure that is more of an adventure tourer and the 2024 390 Adventure with the new 399 platform is incoming.KTM 390 Enduro (top) and 390 Adventure (below)But what if you want more off-roading prowess? A KTM motorcycle that is more capable off-road than the new 390 Adventure? That is where 390 Enduro comes into action. This is a more stripped-down version of the 390 Adventure to achieve lower weight and seems to pack larger wheels and higher ground clearance. As seen in the video by The Fat Biker, both motorcycles, 390 Enduro and 390 Adventure, are spotted testing together. 390 Enduro is a visually taller motorcycle and features minimal styling when compared to 390 Adventure. In the video, we can see KTM rider trying hard to evade the videographer. but they still managed to snag some details of these much-awaited bikes.[embedded content]Primary differences between 390 Enduro and 390 Adventure are that Enduro lacks a fairing along with a windscreen, it gets much flatter and sleeker reflective LED headlights, a taller handlebar, a flatter enduro-style seat, a different tail section with integrated grab rails, slightly centre-set rider footpegs and conventionally positioned TFT instrument cluster. In contrast, 390 Adventure gets a more upright-mounted instrument cluster and a fairing with an integrated windscreen owing to its touring roots, it gets a much wider and stepped seat along with pronounced grab rails for a pillion, there is a twin-pod projector LED headlight setup that should prove beneficial on longer hauls.KTM 390 Enduro HeadlightsKTM 390 Adventure HeadlightsSame componentryApart from the more off-road worthy tyres, taller front wheel and longer travel suspension on Enduro 390, both motorcycles sport similar componentry. We’re talking about adjustable USD telescopic front forks from WP, an off-set mono-shock rear suspension setup, a banana-shaped swingarm, the same main frame, similar braking hardware, underbelly exhaust and others. A saree guard is present on 390 Enduro too. So, it will launch in India.Fuel tank is the same with both motorcycles and this is where the keyhole is with both bikes. Both bikes also feature similar front beaks, radiator guards and bashplates. The same 399cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled DOHC 4V engine as 2024 KTM 390 Duke will do duties on both 390 Enduro and 390 Adventure. This engine could make around 45 bhp and 45 Nm on both bikes. Features like ride-by-wire, cruise control, 6-speed gearbox and electronic aids will be on offer. More

Ather Rizta Electric Scooter Leaks Ahead Of Launch – End Of Activa?

Ather Rizta Electric Scooter LeaksAs opposed to 450 lineup, we will witness slightly less sophistication and performance with the upcoming Ather Rizta EVAfter launching products catering to youth with sleek and futuristic electric scooters, Ather Energy is taking a different approach for the first time. With Ather Rizta, the company will step into uncharted waters rivaling mainstream scooter brands. Ahead of launch, Ather Rizta electric scooter has now leaked online.Ather Rizta Electric Scooter First Photos LeakIf we take a look at Ather’s approach to mobility solutions in India, they have stuck to building an ecosystem and a community of tech-savvy and young buyers with a thirst for thrill. The company is now foraying into family scooter genre where Honda, TVS, Suzuki and Yamaha have been very active.Ather Rizta Electric Scooter LeaksWhere electric family scooters are concerned, juggernauts like Honda fade away from the equation. But upcoming Ather Rizta will rival TVS iQube, Bajaj Chetak and Ola S1 X+. It will even rival ICE scooters like Activa and Jupiter. With Ather Rizta, we can see the brand stressing practicality after selling the sporty and sophisticated 450 lineup of scooters.Ather has time and time again, reflected Rizta’s seat size, which should be one of its biggest strengths. Leaked images confirm similar ethos and pack a big seat. Like “big” big. This should allow Ather to pack a bigger underseat storage. We’re talking about two full size helmets and then more.Ather Rizta Electric Scooter LeaksDesign-wise, we can see an overall similar approach to TVS iQube. Especially considering both are arch rivals in the same segment, this is very interesting. Design attributes inspired by iQube are sleek horizontal LED headlights, front apron, sleek LED tail lights, large grab rails side panels among others.Ather Rizta Electric Scooter LeaksIn the leaked photos, we can see sleek body panels that lend a futuristic appeal. I particularly like how the single-piece body extends from its apron to its side body panels. We can also see a flat floorboard which should amplify practicality. Other notable elements include front and rear disc brakes, belt drive for smooth power delivery and large ORVMs.What to expect? In typical Ather fashion, we should expect a no-nonsense approach in battery department. The company has demonstrated Ather Rizta’s battery strength by a drop test and battery’s IP67 with a water wading test. Where battery capacity is concerned, we could expect around a 3 kWh unit promising a claimed range of about 160 km.Ather Rizta Electric Scooter LeaksAther Rizta will likely pack the same 7-inch colour TFT touchscreen dashboard as 450X and 450 Apex, as hinted in the water-wading test video. The company will unveil Rizta at Ather Community Day on 6th April 2024. The same event will also witness the launch of AtherStack 6 OTA update along with a secret smart accessory.Ather Rizta Electric Scooter Leaks1st April 2024The photos you see in this post are not actual leaked images, but digital renders created by Pratyush Rout. Bajaj Dominar 125 In The Making? What To Expect From Raider Rival?

Bajaj Dominar 125?While the rest of this upcoming Bajaj Dominar 125 motorcycle looks similar to a Pulsar NS125, the headlight appears similar to bigger DominarsIf there is one motorcycle brand that currently rules the premium commuter motorcycle segment, it is Bajaj Auto. The company seems like it is expanding its 125cc lineup with a new motorcycle. Considering there is already a Pulsar NS125 on sale, the speculations point to a possible introduction of Dominar brand to 125cc segment.Bajaj Dominar 125 In The Making? The brand’s Pulsar lineup has been a staple among Indian motorcycle enthusiasts and is the highest volume generator for Bajaj. But the flagship Dominar line often takes a back seat where sales are concerned. Currently, Bajaj has Dominar 250 and Dominar 400 on sale. But, what if there was a Dominar 125?Bajaj Dominar 125 Vs Pulsar NS125Analysing Bajaj’s sales patterns, the 125cc segment is company’s golden goose. Bajaj could be looking at expanding the Dominar nameplate and associated sales with its high-performing (where sales are concerned) 125cc platform. For context, Bajaj sold 257 units of Dominar 250 and 441 units of Dominar 400 in February 2024.In the same period, Bajaj sold 1,12,544 Pulsars out of which 62,207 units packed a 125cc engine. Yesterday, we covered Bajaj’s upcoming motorcycle as a Pulsar N125. But looking at it, we couldn’t help but wonder the uncanny similarities with Dominar’s headlight.Bajaj Dominar 125 Vs Dominar 250We can see that the motorcycle looks a lot more muscular and bulbous than Pulsar NS line. It seems like it is primarily bike’s headlights that give this massive presence and an overall muscular stance.Fuel tank from the NSComparing images of new test mule with Bajaj’s current motorcycle lineup, the results are quite interesting. We say this because recently spotted motorcycle gets the same alloy wheels, fuel tank and tail section as a Pulsar NS125. But the new headlight looks very similar to that of Dominar’s.Bajaj Dominar 125 Vs Pulsar NS125So, the speculation of a Bajaj Dominar 125 in the making is a possibility, considering the company has been mixing and matching componentry across platforms to yield unique motorcycles before. If launched, it will be positioned as the flagship 125cc offering above Pulsar NS125 currently on sale. There is another possibility of this being an export model only. Bajaj has been selling Pulsar NS line globally under Dominar brand and Dominar motorcycles under Pulsar brand. This could be a Dominar 125 for export markets, testing on Indian soil.Bajaj Dominar 125 Vs Dominar 250 More
