New Royal Enfield Classic 650 Rendered – 9 Colours Based On Recent Spy Shots

New Royal Enfield Classic 650 RenderWhen launched, Royal Enfield Classic 650 has the potential to surpass the sales of other 650cc motorcycles in company’s portfolio
One of the world’s leading classic motorcycle manufacturers, Royal Enfield, has been aggressively expanding its lineup. Within the 650cc portfolio, we have multiple new vehicles under development including Himalayan 650, Interceptor Bear 650 and Classic 650. Ahead of launch, here are some of the realistic renders of upcoming Classic 650, created by Pratyush Rout.
    Royal Enfield Classic 650 Rendered
Rushlane’s render of Royal Enfield Classic 650 is based on the recent spy shots showing test mules with unique dual-tone colourways. Because these test mules were completely undisguised, we could see what Royal Enfield has been up to, where colour schemes are concerned.
    New Royal Enfield Classic 650
These renders perfectly capture the essence of what Royal Enfield is trying to offer with their upcoming Classic 650. For starters, the test mules spotted were single-seater versions and that’s what these renders depict as well. There will be an option for pillion seat version when launched in India and abroad.
Overall design is similar to Classic 350, but there are a few changes. For starters, Classic 650 will come with twin exhausts, which are of pea-shooter design. Because these exhausts have to follow the shape of the large engine casing, they are not exactly straight, which lends a unique design.
New Royal Enfield Classic 650 Render
Tear-drop design for fuel tank ties it with Classic’s look and some variants get dual-tone colourways too. On the tank is also the new logo, which RE had trademarked earlier this year. The 2024 Classic 350 has two side body elements, while Classic 650 has one. The bike’s steering setup looks more or less the same, with similar headlight and front suspension setup. A Tripper screen might be offered, but not Tripper Dash.
Rear tail lights are similar to the ones seen on 2024 Classic 350 as well. Round ORVMs finished in chrome are also notable. The main highlight is the colourways Royal Enfield is going for. These renders borrow a few single-tone and dual-tone colourways from 2024 Classic 350 and look striking on Classic 650.
New Royal Enfield Classic 650 Render
    Specs and Launch
Classic 650 will be powered by the same 648cc parallel-twin oil-cooled engine that is capable of generating around 47 bhp of peak power and 52 Nm of peak torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox. LED lighting all around, single disc brake setup at either ends, RSU telescopic front forks.
Classic 650 has been under development for a very long time and has been spied on multiple occasions. With Classic 650, the company is trying to cater to a majority of buyers across the world who might be looking to upgrade from their Classic 650. Conversely speaking, it could be one’s first big bike with retro design.
New Royal Enfield Classic 650 Render
Either way, Royal Enfield Classic 650 has immense sales potential and might easily outperform Interceptor 650, Continental GT 650, Super Meteor 650 and Shotgun 650 sales. Where pricing is concerned, it is likely to be positioned above the 650 Twins (Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650) and below Super Meteor 650 and Shotgun 650. More

Royal Enfield Sales Breakup Sep 2024 – Classic, Hunter, Bullet, Meteor, Himalayan, Guerrilla, 650 Twins

2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350Classic 350 maintains lead with over 43% share in sales – Top 4 are their 350cc motorcycles, which have over 90% share
In September 2024, Royal Enfield experienced an overall year-on-year growth of 6.82% in its sales, with a total of 79,326 units sold compared to 74,261 units in the same month last year. This growth reflects the continued popularity of several models, as well as the introduction of new and recent offerings. Let’s look at the performance of each model.
Royal Enfield Sales Breakup Sep 2024 – Classic 350 maintains lead
Classic 350 remains the undisputed bestseller for Royal Enfield, with 33,065 units sold in September 2024, up from 26,003 units in the same month last year. This 27.16% increase reaffirms its appeal among buyers looking for a traditional Royal Enfield experience. It also commands the largest share in the brand’s lineup, holding a substantial 41.68% share.
Royal Enfield Sales Breakup Sep 2024 – YoY comparison
Hunter 350 continued to be a strong performer, registering sales of 17,406 units, a solid growth of 18.04% over the 14,746 units sold in September 2023. This model now accounts for 21.94% of the brand’s sales, underlining its popularity as a compact and urban-friendly Royal Enfield.
Bullet 350, one of Royal Enfield’s iconic models, faced a significant decline in sales, with 12,901 units sold in September 2024 compared to 18,316 units in the same month last year. This marks a drop of 29.56%, and its share in the lineup now stands at 16.26%. Despite its traditional appeal, the Bullet 350 seems to be losing traction among buyers, possibly due to the rising preference for newer models.
Royal Enfield Sales Breakup Sep 2024 – MoM comparison
Meteor 350 showed steady sales with 8,665 units sold in September 2024, slightly up by 0.07% compared to 8,659 units in the same month last year. It holds a 10.92% share, and its consistent sales indicate that it remains a reliable choice for those seeking a modern cruiser experience.
    The 450s and 650s
650 Twins, comprising the Interceptor and Continental GT, had an exceptional performance with sales of 2,869 units in September 2024. This marks a remarkable 124.14% growth from the 1,280 units sold in September 2023. With a share of 3.62%, the 650 Twins are gaining popularity due to their powerful engine and premium appeal.
Himalayan witnessed a sharp decline in sales, with just 1,814 units sold in September 2024 compared to 3,218 units last year, indicating a decrease of 43.63%. Its market share now stands at 2.29%. The decline is likely due to the new Guerrilla 450, which is a more affordable and urban-rider friendly motorcycle. Royal Enfield’s new Guerrilla registered sales of 1,657 units in September 2024, accounting for 2.09% of the brand’s total sales.
Super Meteor struggled in September 2024, with sales of just 685 units compared to 2,039 units in the same period last year, reflecting a massive decline of 66.41%. Shotgun managed to sell 264 units in September 2024, capturing a 0.33% share of Royal Enfield’s sales. Next month will mark Royal Enfield’s entry into the electric vehicle segment as they will reveal their new electric motorcycle. More

Hero Karizma 250 Design Leaks – Upgraded Components And Aerodynamics

Hero Karizma 250 Design LeaksAs seen in the design patents, Hero Karizma 250 will feature upgraded componentry and improved aerodynamics to rival Yamaha R15
With the launch of Karizma XMR 210, Hero MotoCorp made a very bold statement. For the first time, Hero MotoCorp made a massive leap in engine technology, componentry and equipment. Now, there seems to be an even better version of it as suggested by leaked design patents of what looks like Hero Karizma 250.
    Hero Karizma 250 Design Leaks
World’s leading motorcycle manufacturer, Hero MotoCorp, is systematically upping its game in the premium segment. We have seen a new line of Premia dealerships dedicated to premium vehicles. These showrooms should be populated with offerings to increase footfall and that’s exactly what Hero seems to be doing.
The company has showcased a bunch of probable upcoming vehicles at 2023 EICMA Show. Among these vehicles, one of the most interesting was Hero 2.5R Xtunt Concept. There have been test mules spotted in India of what looks like an Xtreme 210R, bearing design ethos seen on 2.5R Xtunt Concept.
However, new design leaks from Hero has confirmed that there will be a new version of Karizma fully-fired motorcycle and it will feature much better components and improved aerodynamic design. As seen in the leaked design, Some of the components look like they are taken from the Xtunt Concept.
    Hero Karizma 250 Design Leaks
Fuel tank looks like it is a lot more aggressive and bears resemblance to the one seen on 2.5R Xtunt Concept. There seem to be slight changes to the fairing, but we now get aerodynamic winglets at the front, which might be functional in adding a few kg of downforce for added dynamic capability.
Also improving handling characteristics is the addition of USD telescopic front forks, for the first time on Karizma. The bike’s main frame and subframe along with wheels, seats and ORVMs look similar to the ones seen on Karizma XMR 210 on sale in India. One could speculate that it will bear an engine displacing 250cc, developing close to 30 bhp and 25 Nm.
Is it a Pro version of Karizma?
Considering all the similarities the upcoming Hero Karizma 250 has with current model, one could also speculate that the leaked design is a Pro version of Karizma XMR 210 with better components. A strategy that Hero follows with Xpulse 200 4V and Xpulse 200 4V Pro.
    Hero Karizma XMR 210
If this turns out to be true, we can expect Karizma to retain its 210cc DOHC 4V single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine with 25.15 bhp and 20.4 Nm. The 6-speed gearbox, dual-channel ABS and other features will continue as is. Notable additions will be USD front forks and aerodynamic winglets. More
