Hyundai Inster Electric SUV WalkaroundAs of now, Hyundai Inter launch date is still in the blur and the company is yet to reveal intended markets along with future sporty versionsKia and Hyundai is on the offensive when it comes to launching new electric vehicles. Apart from their global EVs with high-volt architecture (EV lineup for Kia and Ioniq for Hyundai), both companies have made rapid advances in low-voltage architecture EVs as well. The latest of the latter, is Hyundai Inster and here’s a walkaround of this vehicle from Fully Charged Show.Hyundai Inster Detailed WalkaroundHyundai Inster Detailed WalkaroundTeased early last month, Hyundai took the veil off its new Inster EV late last month. This is an electric version of Casper ICE vehicle that is sold exclusively in South Korea as of now. The recently debuted Inster is not launched yet and the intended markets are currently unknown.Hyundai Inster RearAccording to Hyundai, Inster name is inspired by the words ‘Innovate’ and ‘Intimate’ and fused with Casper. The video from Fully Charged Show demonstrates the exterior and interior highlights of this new Inster. This mainstream affordable electric offering carries a friendly design that should appeal to the masses. On the outside, Inster’s overall silhouette has been carried over from the Casper with subtle design changes. Especially at the front and rear, Inster now carries a lot of Pixel-inspired design attributes seen on more expensive Ioniq models. We can see pixel-effect LED turn indicators and the same pixel effect is in tail light signature too.[embedded content]Other notable attributes on the outside are round headlights with crosshair-like LED DRL signature, front charging port, thick B and C Pillars, swanky 17-inch alloy wheels, muscular side profile with sharp lines and wide haunches, along with crossover elements like roof rails, chunky body cladding, faux skid plates and the likes.Modern interiorsWe know Inster gained some length over Casper. But with the optional sliding seats, boot space can be expanded to 351L!Hyundai Inster BootInteriors look a lot more upmarket and sophisticated, especially compared to other Hyundai’s of this size. Gear selector is on the steering column and looks similar to the one we saw on India-spec Creta EV.There are two 10.2-inch screens (one for infotainment, one for instrumentation), front ventilated seats, soothing pastel colour theme, single-pane sunroof, physical auto climate controls, funky seat upholstery, ambient lighting and more.Hyundai Inster InteriorPowertrain-wise, Hyundai Inster offers a 42 kWh and 49 kWh battery options that are mated to 97 PS and 115 PS electric motors respectively. New Vinfast Compact SUVWhen launched, Vinfast VF e34 will rival the likes of Mahindra XUV400, MG ZS EV and upcoming Tata Curvv EV and Maruti eVXLooking forward to ceasing their opportunity in the Indian electric car market, Vietnamese carmaker, Vinfast, is soon to launch a product offensive here. Latest spy shots of VF e34 credited to automotive enthusiast Karan Dogra are the clearest ones to date and show quite a few interesting attributes.Vinfast VF e34 Clearest Spy ShotsThe Vietnamese car manufacturer, Vinfast, has commenced work on their local manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu state, India. Ahead of full-scale manufacturing, Vinfast is speculated to commence the sales of VF e34 via the CBU route.New Vinfast Compact SUVThis way, Vinfast might benefit from Government’s revised taxation for EVs where manufacturers pledge vast capital investments in an upcoming manufacturing setup. Vinfast recently held the groundbreaking ceremony for its manufacturing facility and is likely to be qualified for this tax benefit to launch EVs ahead of full production.Test mules of VF e34 have been making multiple appearances and seem pretty unchanged from their global version. Is this just the case for the first set of vehicles launched via CBU route or all vehicles, that is not clear yet. In this sense, we can see test mules carrying privacy glass at the rear, which is a luxury car feature.New Vinfast Compact SUVOverall design is quite nice and is likely to appeal to a vast array of audiences. However, the front design might come off as convoluting and may split opinions. Think, Renault Captur. We get a sloping bonnet and an overall curvy front fascia. Oval-shaped projector headlights and moustache-like convergence for the logo look interesting.New Vinfast Compact SUVIn profile, the car looks sharp and rides on nice-looking 5-spoke (split spokes) alloy wheels. Door handles are conventional and charging port is on rear right quarter panel. As opposed to the front, rear design has strong SUV-like appeal and looks very sharp. Race-Bred Hyundai Inster N And N Line Versions Rendered – Launch Likely?

Hyundai Inster N And N Line RendersHyundai Inster N is less likely to be a possibility owing to cheaper and less performant battery and motor used, along with low voltage architectureHyundai recently unveiled the Inster and it has been making a lot of buzz globally. This electric car has incredible potential to be a global phenomenon. Albeit, not for performance side of things, as it is more of a sensible EV. However, that doesn’t stop enthusiasts from craving a performance version of it. Here’s how Inster N would look like if it ever launched.Hyundai Inster N RenderedIf we take a look at Hyundai’s portfolio, the company loves to carve sportier versions of their standard cars and call them N Line. These are more show and less go when compared to their standard counterparts. However, they are quite popular and draw in a lot of buyers owing to their sporty appearance.A step up from N Line is Hyundai’s full-fledged race-bred N vehicles. These are proper high-performance vehicles and appeal to purists and speed junkies. Hyundai offers N versions starting from i20 N, i30 N, i30 Fastback N, Kona N, Veloster N, Elantra N and the most powerful of them all, Ioniq 5 N.When Hyundai Inster was unveiled, enthusiasts might have begun to crave an N version of it that would be positioned below Ioniq 5 N as the company’s most affordable electric N model. In that light, we can see a new render that perfectly fits this very bill.Hyundai Inster N High Performance Version RenderThere is a vastly sportier front fascia with Inster N render. Lower bumper has been blacked out and there is more ventilation than standard car. Maybe there is a massive diffuser running underneath. There is a massive front bumper lip with red accents and a N badge painted right into the lower grill. At the sides, Inster N loses roof rails and gets massive wheels with low-profile tyres. These alloys look like they are forged, for lightness. Side body claddings get red highlights along with a pronounced skirt. Red brake callipers, multiple N brandings and a darker tint of Performance Matte Blue shade seen on Ioniq 5 N.Inster N LineWhen compared to Inster N, Hyundai Inster N Line render appears a lot more sober. But also, a lot more realistic and a lot more probable to launch. Since N Line versions have no real performance upgrades, Inster N Line render gets roof rails and less flashy exteriors. For starters, the grill is a lot less wilder than N, but retains sporty character over standard Inster.Hyundai Inster N Line RenderWheels still get N badging, but are smaller in size and less flamboyant. Tyres gain some profile for a cushy ride on the road. Front bumper is fuller and side skirts are not needed anymore. Where performance is concerned, Inster N Line would gain a slight up-tune over standard version for marketing sake along with a slightly sportier steering and suspension setup.Hyundai has revealed key specs of its upcoming Inster EV. For starters, it is an electrified version of Casper. But the dimensions are larger than Casper. Inster EV measures 3,825 mm in length, 1,610 mm in width, 1,575 mm in width and has a 2,580 mm long wheelbase. Battery options include 42 kWh and 49 kWh capacities with range up to 300 km and 355 km respectively. Single motor has up to 115 PS power and 147 Nm torque.2024 Hyundai Inster EVSource More

5 Things To Know About Upcoming Hyundai Creta EV – Launch By 2024 End?

Upcoming Hyundai Creta EVWhen launched, the immediate rivals to upcoming Hyundai Creta EV are MG ZS EV, Mahindra XUV400 and upcoming Tata Curvv EVHyundai Creta EV testing is going on in full swing. Looking at the increasing test mule sighting frequency, the launch seems to be closer than one would think. This is the first time Hyundai India is foraying into mainstream electric mobility solutions and there is a lot riding on Creta EV. Here’s what we know about Creta EV so far.Upcoming Hyundai Creta EVTo cater for the newfound interest in electric cars among buyers, Hyundai launched Kona EV in India. Owing to its premium price tag, it couldn’t make a significant impact on Indian electric mobility scene. Something that Tata Motors achieved with Nexon EV.This time around, Hyundai seems to coming up with big guns and launch an electric vehicle with the Creta nameplate for maximum market penetration. Creta is already India’s best-selling compact SUV and an electrified version of it would have significant brand recall and association among mainstream audiences. Here’s what you should expect with upcoming Hyundai Creta EV.New Hyundai Creta EV1. Exterior DesignWhere design is concerned, Hyundai Creta EV will bear a lot of similarities with ICE Creta launched earlier this year. That said, there will be design differences to establish visual identities. Creta EV will probably get a closed-off grill and dedicated bumpers. The aerodynamic wheel design was recently spied and should contribute to less air drag and more range.Hyundai Creta Electric Spied2. Interior DesignOn the inside, upcoming Hyundai Creta EV will get a few elements that even the more expensive Kona EV will miss out on. For starters, Creta EV will get a dedicated steering wheel that looks more futuristic. On this steering wheel, four dots replace Hyundai logo, like on Ioniq cars. Gear lever has been moved to steering column. While both 10.2-inch screens might be similar to ICE Creta’s, but the UI might be unique on Creta EV with more ‘Ioniq’ feel.Hyundai Creta EV Battery3. PowertrainsCreta EV is likely to pack around 50 kWh of battery capacity. We say 50 kWh because that is what MG ZS EV, its arch-rival, packs. However, to achieve a lower entry-level price tag, Hyundai might offer a smaller battery option of around 40 kWh pack. As seen with recent spy shots, Hyundai Creta EV will only come in a single-motor FWD layout and could quote a claimed range of 500 km on a single charge and DC fast chagring capabilities.Hyundai Creta EV Test Mules Spied4. PerformanceWhen compared to ICE Creta, the electric version will likely pack more effortless performance and quicker acceleration. This is due to the nature of an electric motor where all the torque is accessible at 0 RPM. The sportier Creta N Line with 160 PS and 253 Nm, sprints to 100 km/h in a claimed 8.9 seconds. Creta EV might prove to be quicker.Hyundai Creta EV Spied5. ConvenienceConsidering the familiarity of Creta ICE and Hyundai’s vast dealer network, Creta EV is likely to achieve great ownership experience. Contributing towards that effect, is a front charging port. This charging port is right at the centre too, making it very convenient for charging scenarios, without much planning to get the parking right.Price-wise, we should expect upcoming Hyundai Creta EV to cost around Rs 5 lakh more than their ICE counterparts. But Hyundai is less likely to offer EV versions of base E and EX trims. So, expect a starting price of around Rs 18 lakh (Ex-sh). More
