To strengthen its industry-leading digital initiatives for enhanced customer experience, Hero MotoCorp focuses further on its digital platform with the integrated online sales platform – eSHOP. On their official website, there is a new section called eSHOP. Once you click on the same, you will be taken to an all new website called HPGMART.

This new Hero online sales website facilitates customer convenience when it comes to new purchases, and presents a digital process. All purchase related info and purchase related processes are built into the system. With this, customers can complete a purchase process directly from the company website.

Customers can visit the official company website to access eSHOP to proceed to online buying/ booking channel. From here all orders are processed to Hero Connect platform. The step by step procedure takes one through buying and delivery processes. Latest On-Road Price, Live Stock Status, Online Document Submission, Instant Dealer Intimation, Finance options, Sales Order preview & confirmation, auto VIN allocation, and Delivery procedures are all in continuity.

Hero online sales website will allow you to chose bike, colour, variant and then give list of dealers in your city who have the bike in stock.

One can select a product, variant, colour, and city. List of dealerships and availability will show up upon selection. Customers then need to select a dealership, and proceed with payment. Price, both Ex-Showroom and indicative On-Road will be displayed with cost elements.

Upon payment, customers receive an e-receipt with a unique OTP number for verification. When verification is completed, the selected dealer assigns a sales assistant. If required, a retail finance option is also available during payment process. On offer are Splendor, HF Deluxe, Passion, Glamour, Passion, Destini and Maestro. Official accessories and spares are also listed on the website.

A sales assistant discharged with handling all queries, and will offer guidance regarding documentation, finance, invoicing, insurance, registration and delivery (optional Home delivery). When an order is placed, a SMS with a link is sent. This directs the customer to the document uploading section.

Upon verification, a sales order preview is sent. Post customer consent, an invoice is created, application for registration is made by the dealer, and vehicle delivery is organised. During delivery, physical signed documents required by RTO are collected.

Hero MotoCorp digital also offers after-sales services at the click of a button from the comfort of your phone. To service your Hero, you can digital service job card, and acknowledgment receipt, app-based service booking, and increased hours of workshop ops. Through the Hero App, one can pre-book a service appointment. Physical contact can be avoided as a customer can create their own service job-card and receive digital acknowledgment, along with spending less time at the workshop.

Dealer/ service centre tele-callers are assisting in the digital appointment booking process. Workshop work hours are staggered/ extended to manage servicing customers while maintaining physical distancing and managing incoming service requests. In summation, all processes that can be streamlined online are being handled digitally.
