Hero Xpulse 210 – Key Highlights
Hero MotoCorp had shown off the new Xpulse 210 at the 2024 EICMA show. It is now launched at Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 and will mark its official entry into the adventure motorcycle segment which continues to hold much attraction for buyers in Indian markets. Commanding a strong off-road presence and with an affordable price tag, this new ADV-motorcycle will surely draw even more attention as was also seen with the Xpulse 200 4V.
There are two variant of Xpulse 210 on offer – Standard and Off-road. As their names suggest, Off-road variant gets more off-road-worthy equipment. This new adventure motorcycle is a step up from the Xpulse 200 4V and sees enhancements both in terms of styling and technology. It also receives a larger capacity engine with improved power and torque figures.
Where its onboard features are concerned, the new Hero Xpulse 210 shows off a rounded LED headlamp, a large windscreen and scooped seat. Off-road variant gets a raised fender, extended handlebars with guards, a massive fuel tank and an upswept exhaust. A 4.2-inch TFT screen with smartphone connectivity along with a navigation display and ride data is also seen. Towards the rear, a refreshed tail light with LED turn indicators is also evident.
The new Xpulse 210 gets distinctive side body panels and rides on 21 inch front and 18 inch rear spoked wheels. These wheels are fitted with unique tubed block patterned tyres. This gives it a new road presence and strong adventurous stance. It commands a high ground clearance of 220mm while it weighs around 170 kgs.
Engine Specs
Engine details on the new Hero Xpulse 210 include a 210cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-valve engine. This produces 24.6 hp power and 20.7 Nm torque mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Hardware includes long travel forks in the front and a mono-shock at the rear.
Braking duties are handled via disc brakes at the front and rear. Features will also include multiple riding modes and ABS. The powerful engine along with resourceful suspension and braking makes the new Xpulse 210 ideally suited for both on-road and off-road travel.
With prices set to be confirmed at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, the Hero Xpulse 210 could be priced at a premium over the current Hero XPulse 200 which is priced from Rs. 1.47 – 1.55 lakh. Once launched, the Xpulse 210 will take on the Honda Hornet 2.0 and TVS Apache RTR 200 4V while it will also face up to the new OLA Adventure launching in October 2025.
