2024 KTM 200 Duke, 125 Duke Pictures Leaked Before Launch – New Features

2024 KTM 200 DukeLaunch of updated 2024 KTM 200 Duke and 125 Duke might happen soon and we can expect a price hike associated with added features
Popular performance motorcycle manufacturer, KTM, is set to launch updated 2024 200 Duke and 125 Duke in India soon. Easily one of the most anticipated launches among KTM enthusiasts, new 200 Duke and 125 Duke packs updated features list that should position them against rivals in a better way.
    2024 KTM 200 Duke
As per recent revelations, 2024 KTM 200 Duke and 125 Duke launch will happen soon and units have begun to arrive at dealerships. Currently, Duke lineup consists of 125 Duke, 200 Duke, 250 Duke and 390 Duke. The new updates to 200 Duke and 125 Duke bring improvements and betters the explosive street bike proposition for a new era.
The update in question is only for two products 200 Duke and 125 Duke. Both motorcycles are part of Bajaj-KTM partnership. Bajaj manufactures KTM’s single-cylinder consumer lineup in its Chakan plant for KTM to market both here in India and abroad.
As seen with the recent spy shots there are no design changes with this update. Body panels and styling elements are still edgy, in typical KTM manner, still retaining the old Duke DNA and not the one seen with the new 390 Duke, adhering to original Duke’s design ethos.
    200 Duke Electronic Orange
The main update with 2024 KTM 200 Duke is that it gets a new larger instrument screen. With this new cluster, 200 Duke will get Bluetooth connectivity and a host of other features. This new screen will replace the old LCD backlit unit that has done duty on KTM bikes for over a decade.
With the addition of this more advanced cluster, 2024 KTM 200 Duke also gets updated switchgear with dedicated buttons to navigate various menus. Other than the addition of new instrument screen and updated switchgear, 200 Duke remains the same when it comes to mechanicals and componentry.
    Updates to 125 Duke
Apart from 200 Duke, KTM is also updating its most affordable 125 Duke as well. While 200 Duke got just one update, 125 Duke gets two updates. For starters, it gets the same instrument cluster along with updated switchgear as seen with the new 200 Duke. In addition, 2024 KTM 125 Duke gets all-LED headlights.
390 Duke Instrument Cluster – For Reference Only
New LED headlight assembly looks vastly better than the halogen unit it used to get before. With aesthetics befitting of Duke lineup. 2024 KTM 125 Duke continues with the same 124.7cc liquid cooled engine generating 14.3 bhp and 12 Nm, mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
KTM is brining back the Silver colourway with 2024 200 Duke. While colour options on 2024 125 Duke are still unknown. With updated 200 Duke and 125 Duke, KTM might incorporate a price hike as well. Exact price hike is not known yet, but we can expect around Rs 4,000 to Rs 5,000 with 200 Duke and slightly more with 125 Duke.

2025 Suzuki Access Base Model Spied – Nearing Production?

2025 Suzuki Access Base Model SpiedWith the new 2025 Suzuki Access 125, the company will better position it against Activa 125, Jupiter 125, Fascino 125 and new Destini 125
If we take the 2W industry in India, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd is primarily known for its scooters and is not a popular brand for motorcycles. Most of Suzuki’s strengths come from its no-nonsense Access 125 family scooter. The company is readying an update for this scooter as suggested by spy shots. Let’s take a look.
    2025 Suzuki Access Base Model
India’s third best-selling scooter, Suzuki Access, has been a successful product for the company in India. With its tried and tested no-nonsense formula, Suzuki has firmly established a stronghold in Indian scooter market. Access 125 is a stark example of this formula and is a sought-after family scooter.
In August 2024, Suzuki Access 125 held an 11.29% market share within the top 10 best-selling scooters. Suzuki Access is set to get a major update, which is likely to launch in 2025. Test mules of this upcoming scooter have been spied before in fully loaded avatar with front disc brakes and alloy wheels.
For the first time, 2025 Suzuki Access base model has been spied. Suggesting that the recently spied test mules are base variants are attributes like drum brakes at the front and steelies (steel wheels). Alongside Access test mules, we can see Avenis 125 and Burgman Street 125 test mules as well.
Suzuki India officials with the 1 millionth two wheeler – New Access 2024
The latter two scooters are likely to be support vehicles and all these scooters had temporary red registration plates. These test mules are completely wrapped with camouflage and show very little design changes.
    What are the changes?
For starters, there will be a redesigned headlight along with front apron that will distinguish itself from current model. Behind this apron is storage compartment and a circular reflector. We can see new tail section along with a redesigned exhaust heat shield when compared to current model.
Feature additions include hazard light, seen with previous spy shots. Upcoming Access is likely to get a fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth and turn-by-turn navigation. We hope new Access gets 12-inch wheels at both ends, unlike current model with 10-inch rear wheel. We also expect miscellaneous features like USB charging port, boot light and others.
Suzuki Access Solid Ice Green/ Pearl Mirage White
It will retain the same 124cc single cylinder air cooled engine with 8.6 bhp of peak power and 10 Nm of peak torque, mated to a CVT. When launched, it will rival Honda Activa 125, TVS Jupiter 125, Yamaha Fascino 125 and recently launched Hero Destini 125.

Hyundai Creta EV Interiors Spied – New 4-Dot Steering, ‘Creta Electric’ Branding On Seat

Hyundai Creta EV InteriorsApart from the changes needed for an electric car, the equipment list for Creta EV is largely the same as that of new ICE Creta
As part of its electric portfolio expansion plans, Hyundai is readying the new Creta EV. It is expected to be launched in early 2025. Creta EV will take on rivals such as Tata Curvv, MG Windsor and upcoming Maruti eVX and Mahindra BE.05.
Creta EV interiors revealed – What’s new?
As compared to the ICE Creta, the Creta electric has a new steering wheel. It has a 3-spoke design and is a completely circular unit. In comparison, the ICE Creta has a flat bottom steering wheel.
    Hyundai Creta EV Interiors
While the interiors seem familiar, one can see exclusive ‘CRETA electric’ badging on the upholstery. Creta EV could get new interior theme options and more dynamic choices for ambient lighting. However, such features are not evident with this specific spy image.
    Hyundai Creta EV Interiors
Most other features in the front row are largely the same as the new Creta. Some of the key highlights include a curvy dashboard, horizontally placed AC vents and dual 10.25-inch screens for the infotainment and instrument console.
    Hyundai Creta EV Interiors
The central console of the test mule is still a work in progress setup, but it’s evident that most of the panel buttons are borrowed from the ICE Creta. Presence of physical buttons on the central console makes practical sense, although the polished interior aesthetics are slightly compromised in the process.
    Hyundai Creta EV Interiors
    Equipment list
Creta EV will borrow most of the equipment from the ICE Creta. The latter has dual-tone interiors, leather wrapped steering wheel and gear knob and 8-way power adjustable driver seat. Depending on the variant, upholstery options include fabric and leatherette. Creta EV will get a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone automatic temperature control, front ventilated seats and electric parking brake with auto hold.
Gear selector is likely to be on the stalk behind steering wheel, like in Ioniq 5. There will be a rotary dial for selecting traction control modes. Users can access smartphone wireless charger, cruise control, keyless entry, rear AC vent and USB charging ports. A comprehensive range of safety features will be available with Creta EV.
    Hyundai Creta EV Interiors
The list includes 6-airbags, electronic stability control, vehicle stability management, hill start assist control, rear disc brakes and tyre pressure monitoring system. Hyundai Creta EV will have automatic headlamps, headlamp escort function, day and night IRVM, rear parking sensors and camera and front parking sensors. A comprehensive range of ADAS features will be offered with Creta EV.
    Creta EV – Range, performance
While there is no official confirmation, it is estimated that Creta EV will have a range of around 450 km. With an advanced regen braking system, users can expect a good real-world range of around 350 km. Creta EV is expected to be equipped with a 45-kWh battery pack. The electric motor will generate around 138 hp and 255 Nm of torque. Hyundai will ensure that Creta EV delivers a better overall performance than the ICE Creta. More

Ola Hyper Service – Big Promises

Ola Hyper ServiceOla Hyper Service Rollout
Having seen growth in the electric scooter market, Ola is now addressing rising concerns about customer service. In response to these challenges, Ola has introduced Hyper Service, a service initiative aimed at enhancing its service infrastructure and customer support. This new service approach aims to address issues such as service delays and inadequate service centre coverage across India.
Currently, Ola Electric operates approximately 800 stores and 500 service centres. However, in light of this, Ola plans to expand its service centres to 1,000 by December. This expansion is necessary to address scooter problems in a timely manner. The new service centres are expected to help alleviate current service delays and offer faster resolution to customer complaints.
    Ola Service Network Expansion
    Fixing the Fixers
Ola Electric has also announced an initiative to train 1,00,000 third-party mechanics under its Network Partner Program. This programme is designed to equip mechanics across India with the skills necessary to handle electric vehicles (EVs). The goal is ambitious.
Ola is introducing an AI-powered maintenance and diagnostics system to further enhance its service capabilities. This system will be rolled out with the MoveOS 5 update in October. AI technology will allow for proactive maintenance and remote diagnostics, helping to identify and resolve issues before they escalate. This system also supports doorstep maintenance.
Ola’s 1-Day Service Promise: Quick Fix or Quick Frustration?
To ensure quicker service for its customers, Ola has introduced a 1-day service resolution guarantee. In the event of a delay, customers are offered a back-up S1 scooter while their vehicle is being serviced. Additionally, Ola Care+ customers will receive Ola Cabs coupons during service delays.
While the expansion of service centres and the implementation of AI-powered diagnostics seem promising, questions pop up about the scalability and readiness of these solutions. Training 1,00,000 mechanics by 2025 is a large undertaking, and it remains to be seen whether the newly trained mechanics will be able to handle the complexities of newer EV tech effectively.
    Service Centres and AI
While Ola promises a 1-day resolution, this could place additional strain on an already overstretched service infrastructure. Customers may face increased frustration if these guarantees are not met, especially given the high volume of service complaints reported monthly.
Ola’s new initiatives, including the expansion of its service network and the introduction of AI-powered diagnostics, represent a significant shift in its approach to customer service. However, the success of these efforts will depend on the execution and long-term feasibility/sustainability of the programmes. Expanding service centres and training mechanics are critical steps, but addressing fundamental service challenges will require a deeper transformation of Ola’s overall service strategy.
Can Ola Hyper Service Solve Its Service Woes?
The launch of the MoveOS 5 update in October will direct Ola’s service enhancement efforts. This update promises to bring new features and improvements to Ola’s electric scooters, particularly in terms of diagnostics and maintenance. As Ola continues to roll out these updates, customer feedback will play a crucial role in determining the success of the new service infrastructure.
Ola Hyper Service is designed to improve accessibility, speed, and convenience for its customers. However, the real test will lie in the effectiveness of these initiatives in addressing the existing service challenges and improving the overall customer experience. More
