    New Jawa 42 Bobber Launch Price 2.06 L – 334cc Engine, 3 Colours

42 Bobber is the only factory custom bobber at Rs. 2 lakh price point and packs Perak’s larger engine instead of 42’s smaller engineNew Jawa 42 Bobber LaunchedJawa has been a successful attempt at rejuvenating the old brand by Classic Legends. Though they did not make any significant dent in Royal Enfield sales. Yezdi yielded similar results. It was successful in re-establishing the old brand. But not at Royal Enfield’s expense. With Hunter 350 and Classic 350, Royal Enfield has been pushing its sales bubble even further. Jawa had launched a single-seater Perak Bobber motorcycle in India. It came in the form of a factory custom and was quite the looker. Aiming to expand its factory custom culture in India, we now witness the launch of Jawa 42 Bobber. Priced from Rs. 2,06,500 (ex-sh, Delhi), Jawa 42 Bobber is a unique proposition.Jawa 42 Bobber LaunchedOne look at Jawa 42 Bobber and it is obvious that the company has stuck to its core design philosophy. At the same time, has completely transformed the looks of 42 to create 42 Bobber. If 42 Version 2.1 was a looker, 42 Bobber is even more so. It gets a new round headlamp, independent clock console, a new handlebar, a new fuel tank and a completely redesigned seat.Wheelbase is extended and the new fenders come together to form a cohesive Bobber bike. Fenders and a few side panels are finished in gloss black, while most of the engine bay is finished in matte black like on 42 Version 2.1. However, 42 version 2.1 got alloy wheels that unlocked tubeless tyres, whereas 42 Bobber gets spoked wheels with tube tyres. We have created a Classic 350 Bobber render that looks like a fitting rival to 42 Bobber.Jawa 42 Bobber ColoursFeatures & SpecsFeature upgrades over 42 Version 2.1 come in the form of LED lighting all around, a fully digital LCD instrumentation, and new switchgear to control functions of the round instrument console. Even the single seat is 2-step adjustable. Bar end mirrors, Dual-channel ABS and other features are carried over from 42 Version 2.1.New Jawa 42 BobberComing to its engine, this is where Jawa 42 Bobber has a clear advantage over 42 version 2.1. 42 Bobber is powered by a larger 334cc engine that also powers Perak Bobber. While 42 Version 2.1 and Standard model continue to be powered by a 293cc engine. Jawa 42 Bobber makes 30.64 PS of power and 32.74 Nm of torque and is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox.42 Bobber test rides are set to commence sometime in the next week. It gets three colour options with slight price differences. Mystic Copper (Rs. 2,06,500), Moonstone White (Rs. 2,07,500) and Jasper Red Dual Tone (Rs. 2,09,187). Jawa 42 Bobber offers a unique proposition as there are no Bobber bikes on offer from Royal Enfield stables. With only Perak Bobber to compete, Jawa has stunned India again with another factory custom bike.Jawa 42 Bobber LCD ClusterAshish Singh Joshi, CEO, of Classic Legends said, “New 42 Bobber is an amalgamation of success stories for us. Jawa 42 was our quirky take on a modern retro motorcycle that clicked so well amongst youngsters that it became one of our highest-selling models. With Perak, we created an all-new ‘Factory Custom’ segment in the country, and its popularity and fan following are not hidden from anyone.New 42 Bobber combines the best of both worlds blending the performance and individuality of a bobber with youthfulness and vibrancy of the 42. With this, we aim to cater to a wider set of riders seeking a custom motorcycle that is distinctive, stylish and upbeat.” More

It was once a popular two-wheeler brand, widely known for its sporty, high-powered scooters. It had collaborations with leading companies such as Piaggio, Benelli and Daelim Motor Company.LML will start its innings in EV space with three new products. It includes an electric scooter called Star, and two electric bikes called Moonshot and Orion. All three have been officially unveiled in concept form. Launch will take place in 2023.LML electric scooter – New StarLML electric scooter Star has beefed-up front fascia, which helps achieve a rugged, maxi-styled profile. There are some unique features such as apron-mounted headlamp and dotted LED DRLs, that can display any message you want. The scooter has muscular side panels with deep grooves, which complement the scooter’s sporty vibes. It is seen with a smartphone-type instrument panel, placed at an elevated height for improved viewability.Considering the thickness of floorboard area, LML electric scooter seems to have the battery pack placed beneath the floorboard. Being centrally placed at the lowest point, it should ensure optimal control and handling for the scooter. Placement of the battery also suggests that it could be a non-removable unit.LML Star Electric ScooterOther key features include step-up seat, flat side panels and thick grab rails. In terms of hardware, the scooter has telescopic front forks and rear monoshock suspension. It gets disc brakes at both ends. Powertrain possibilities include a mid-mounted electric motor, connecting the rear wheel via a chain drive. This will allow users to utilize the pedals in an effective manner. The pedals could be used in combination with the electric motor or manual mode when the battery is entirely drained out.In terms of design, LML electric bike seems to derive inspiration from KTM bikes. Some key features include angular headlamp, front beak, bench-style flat seat, upright handlebar, sleek turn signals, USD front forks, monoshock rear suspension and belt final drive system.LML EV launch plansSome storage space will be available inside the faux fuel tank. Upcoming Bajaj Pulsar N150 Spied – LED Headlight Revealed

Upcoming Bajaj Pulsar N150 will be a generation update – Featuring new platform, engine and partsUpcoming Bajaj Pulsar N150 SpiedWe have seen Bajaj hold on to its designs for a long time. The Indian auto manufacturer provides a tonne of updates every now and then. But they’re mostly reserved for graphics and colour schemes. While design will be retained. For example, a 2008 Pulsar 150 looks identical to the current Pulsar 150 if parked side by side.I say this because I own a 2010 model and 12 years later, Bajaj still sells the same design. However, we have seen Bajaj finally transition to a newer design language and family DNA. Now it is the turn of Pulsar 150 to transition to this new design DNA. Thanks to automotive enthusiast Bhargav Mhatre for these spy shots.Upcoming Bajaj Pulsar N150 Spied TestingFor starters, these spy shots were clicked in Ahmednagar. Upcoming Bajaj Pulsar N150 spied, is a slight departure from the face seen on N250 and N160. Thus, there is a strong possibility that this particular test mule may not be classified under N family. To make matters more confusing, Bajaj has a lot of trademarks registered in India.Mainly, Pulsar Elan and Pulsar Eleganz. Bajaj can use any of these trademarks and create a distinct lineup. For example, all the Pulsars branched under ‘NS’ lineup can now fall under ‘N’. The regular Pulsars could be brought under the Elan or Eleganz lineup. We say this because there is a distinct design difference between the two as seen in spy shots.Upcoming Bajaj Pulsar N150 SpiedThe camouflaged spy shots reveal its front design and it clearly showcases DNA differences we mentioned earlier. New Pulsar 150 LED headlight is clearly visible. Pulsar N250 and N160 get a sleeker face with their bi-functional projector headlamp sitting in between the LED DRLs while in this spy shot, DRLs are placed on top and projector is placed below with a likely halogen bulb in it.Mirrors look similar to N160 and N250 while Bajaj Pulsar N150 spied, and gets a commuter-ish engine crash guard. Pulsar N160 and N250 get a much sleeker engine crash guard. This Pulsar lineup has been spied on before too. Sometimes alongside N125 that is also under testing and will be unveiled soon.Specs & featuresBajaj is likely to update the engines to deliver better performance and mileage. Coming to Pulsar 150, it is one of the highest-selling in the Pulsar line-up and is currently powered by a 149.5cc single-cylinder engine making 13.8 bhp of power at 8,500 RPM and 13.25 Nm of torque at 6,500 RPM. It gets a 2V head along with just air cooling and is coupled to a 5-speed gearbox. Bajaj also offers a dual disc variant and gets dingle-channel ABS as standard.Upcoming Bajaj Pulsar N150 SpiedSome of its cycle parts are likely to be carried over along with features. As the frequency between test mules getting papped increases, we can expect that a launch is likely to follow by the end of this year or early next year. When launched, it will compete against Yamaha FZ, Honda Unicorn, TVS Apache RTR 160, Honda X-Blade and the likes. More
