Hero MotoCorp posted a strong domestic sales performance in November 2025, reporting total volumes of 5,55,220 units, marking a 31.75% year-on-year (YoY) growth over the 4,21,429 units sold in November 2024. The growth was largely driven by robust demand across its mass commuter motorcycles, select premium offerings, and a sharp rise in electric scooter volumes. However, on a month-on-month (MoM) basis, sales declined by 8.02% compared to 6,03,615 units sold in October 2025, reflecting a typical post-festive slowdown.
Hero Sales Breakup Nov 2025
At the heart of Hero’s performance was the Splendor, which continued to dominate the charts with 3,33,660 units, up nearly 20% YoY, reaffirming its position as India’s best-selling motorcycle. The HF Deluxe also delivered a solid performance, recording 91,082 units, registering a strong 48.7% YoY growth. Together, these two commuter motorcycles accounted for well over half of Hero MotoCorp’s total domestic volumes, underlining the brand’s continued strength in the entry-level and mass-market segments.
Hero’s scooter portfolio also showed healthy momentum. The Destini 125 emerged as one of the biggest gainers, with sales jumping to 27,036 units, translating into a massive 204.6% YoY growth. Similarly, the Pleasure recorded 12,067 units, though it saw a YoY decline of nearly 29%, while the newer Xoom 125 posted 3,985 units, growing by over 59% YoY. These figures highlight Hero’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its presence in the scooter segment, despite some month-on-month softness.
In the motorcycle portfolio beyond commuters, the Glamour and Passion delivered strong YoY growth of over 100% and 93% respectively, indicating renewed interest in Hero’s executive commuter range. The Xpulse adventure motorcycle also continued its steady climb, selling 2,501 units, up 29% YoY, while premium and performance-oriented models like Xtreme 160/200, Xtreme 250R, and Karizma 210 contributed smaller but growing volumes as Hero expands its presence in higher-capacity segments.
Electric mobility was another standout area for Hero MotoCorp in November 2025. The Vida electric scooter recorded 14,196 units, up from just 1,976 units in November 2024, translating into an impressive 618% YoY growth. This sharp rise indicates increasing traction for Hero’s EV offerings, even though volumes remained largely flat on a month-on-month basis.
Products Reporting Double Digit Decline
On the downside, some models witnessed noticeable MoM declines. Products such as HF Deluxe, Glamour, Passion, Xpulse, and Xtreme 125R saw double-digit MoM drops, reflecting inventory correction and softer demand after the festive season. Models like Mavrick 440 recorded no sales during the month, while newly introduced products such as Xoom 160 and Xtreme 250R continued to ramp up gradually.
Overall, Hero MotoCorp’s November 2025 performance reflects a healthy balance between strong YoY growth and short-term MoM moderation. With its commuter motorcycles continuing to anchor volumes, scooters gaining traction, and electric mobility showing rapid growth, the company remains well-positioned to sustain momentum in the coming months, even as market demand normalizes post the festive peak.
