India’s two-wheeler market delivered a solid performance in November 2025, with the top 10 best-selling models together clocking 13.26 lakh units, marking a 22.5% year-on-year growth over 10.83 lakh units sold in November 2024. The list continues to be dominated by commuter motorcycles and mass-market scooters, reflecting steady demand across urban and rural markets.

Leading the chart once again was Hero Splendor, which sold 3,48,569 units, registering an 18.6% YoY growth over November 2024. The long-running commuter motorcycle remains India’s highest-selling two-wheeler, driven by its strong presence in rural and semi-urban markets. At second place, Honda Activa posted sales of 2,62,689 units, showing a healthy 27% YoY growth. The Activa continues to be the country’s best-selling scooter, benefiting from consistent demand, brand trust and multiple variant options.
Honda Shine secured the third position with 1,86,490 units, up 28.1% YoY, highlighting sustained demand for refined commuter motorcycles. Close behind, TVS Jupiter recorded sales of 1,24,782 units, growing 25.1% YoY, reinforcing its position as the second-most popular scooter in India.
In fifth place, Bajaj Pulsar sold 1,13,802 units, remaining largely flat with a marginal 0.6% YoY decline. Despite the slight dip, Pulsar continues to enjoy strong brand recall in the sporty commuter segment. Hero HF Deluxe emerged as one of the strongest performers in November, with sales of 91,082 units, delivering a sharp 48.7% YoY growth. Its affordability and reliability continue to attract budget-focused buyers. Similarly, Suzuki Access posted 67,477 units, growing 24.7% YoY, maintaining its popularity in the premium scooter segment.
TVS Apache recorded sales of 48,764 units, marking a robust 36.9% YoY growth, reflecting steady demand for performance-oriented motorcycles. Meanwhile, TVS XL100 saw a slight decline, selling 44,971 units, down 2.1% YoY, as demand for mopeds remained relatively stable but muted. Rounding off the top 10, TVS iQube emerged as the best-selling electric two-wheeler on the list, with 38,191 units, registering an impressive 48.7% YoY growth. The strong performance underlines the growing acceptance of electric scooters in the mass market.

OEM Wise Contribution in Top 10
Honda emerged as the largest contributor among the top 10 models, led by Activa and Shine. It had 4,49,179 units in the top 10 list with about 33.9% share. Hero 2Ws came a close second with 4,39,651 units and 33.1% share. Honda and Hero together contributed over 67%.
TVS was next with a diverse mix of petrol and electric offerings, with four models in the top 10. Total of TVS 2Ws is at 2,56,708 units with 19.4% share. Bajaj and Suzuki accounted for the remaining share. The data clearly shows that mass-market commuters and scooters continue to drive volumes, while electric two-wheelers are steadily strengthening their presence.
