India’s scooter market delivered a strong performance in November 2025, with the top 10 scooters collectively recording 6,51,991 units, marking a healthy 33% year-on-year growth over 4,89,923 units sold in November 2024. The growth highlights sustained demand for both ICE and electric scooters, driven by festive momentum, improving rural demand, and increasing acceptance of EVs.
Top 10 Scooters Nov 2025
At the top of the charts, Honda Activa continued its dominance with 2,62,689 units, growing 27% YoY. Activa alone accounted for over 40% of total top-10 scooter sales, underlining its unmatched reach and trust among Indian buyers. TVS Jupiter retained the second position with 1,24,782 units, up 25% YoY, reflecting consistent demand in the family scooter segment.
Suzuki Access followed with 67,477 units, posting a solid 24.7% YoY growth, while electric scooters made a strong impact further down the list. TVS iQube registered 38,191 units, growing nearly 49% YoY, and Bajaj Chetak sold 38,022 units, up 47% YoY, highlighting the rapid expansion of the electric scooter segment.
Performance-oriented and youthful offerings also saw steady traction. TVS Ntorq clocked 30,589 units, up nearly 15% YoY, while Suzuki Burgman posted 23,656 units, growing 36% YoY. Yamaha RayZR saw strong momentum as well, with 21,049 units, registering 46% YoY growth.

One of the standout performers was Hero Destini 125, which recorded 27,036 units, delivering a massive 205% YoY growth, indicating strong recovery and renewed interest in Hero’s scooter portfolio. Ather Rizta, the family-oriented electric scooter, also continued its strong run with 18,500 units, growing nearly 79% YoY, reinforcing its role as a volume driver in the EV space.
OEM wise contribution in Top 10
Among the top 10 scooters sold in November 2025, Honda continued to dominate the segment, led entirely by Activa. Honda sold 2,62,689 units, accounting for around 40.3% of total top-10 scooter sales. TVS Motor Company emerged as the second-largest contributor with a combined 1,93,562 units from Jupiter, iQube and Ntorq, giving it a strong 29.7% share. Suzuki followed with 91,133 units from Access and Burgman, translating to nearly 14% share of the top-10 volumes.
Further down the list, Bajaj Auto recorded 38,022 units through Chetak, contributing 5.8%, while Hero MotoCorp added 27,036 units via Destini 125 with a 4.1% share. Yamaha clocked 21,049 units of RayZR, accounting for 3.2%, while Ather Energy, with Rizta, contributed 18,500 units, translating to 2.8% of total top-10 scooter sales.
EVs vs ICE Scooters in Top 10
Electric scooters are steadily strengthening their presence. Out of the 6,51,991 scooters sold in the top 10 list, electric models contributed 94,713 units, led by TVS iQube, Bajaj Chetak and Ather Rizta. This gives EVs a 14.5% share, while ICE scooters accounted for the remaining 85.5%, or 5,57,278 units. Interestingly, Ola scooter no longer features in the top 10 as its sales continue to decline. FADA reported Ola scooter retail sales at 8,402 units for Nov 2025, this is a huge decline from its peak monthly sales of 50k units it registered in Oct 2024 last year.
