2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200 Arrives At Dealer Yard – Walkaround Video

2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200

Since the launch of Bajaj Pulsar RS200 a decade ago in 2015, enthusiasts have been craving for an update. Bajaj heard the cries and just launched the upgraded 2025 Pulsar RS200 at an attractive price point of Rs 1.84 lakh (Ex-sh). Right after the launch, units of 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200 reached showrooms. Let’s take a look.

2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200

At the beginning of calendar year 2025, Bajaj launched updated Pulsar RS200 at Rs 1.84 lakh (Ex-sh). However, it is not what buyers and enthusiasts seem to have been craving for. There are minimal changes to this motorcycle, but most of these updates are meaningful and bring the motorcycle to 2025 in terms of technology.

As seen in the video by 6 Speed, units of 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200 have reached dealerships. The colour we see in this video is Pearl Metallic White. The other two colours for 2025 Pulsar RS200 include Active Black Satin and Glossy Racing Red. All three colours have been priced at the same Rs 1.84 lakh (Ex-sh).

Buyers will have to decide whether they want a fully faired Pulsar RS200 at Rs 1.84 lakh (Ex-sh), or cough up Rs 1,000 more to buy the Pulsar NS400Z. Priced at Rs 1.85 lakh (Ex-sh), Pulsar NS400Z is incredible value for the money and even gets USD telescopic front forks as standard that Pulsar RS200 misses out on.

That said, the appeal of a fully-faired motorcycle with as much flair as Pulsar RS200 is hard to resist. With 2025 model, Bajaj has offered a new USB charging port for smartphones or action cameras. This is still Type-A port and not Type-C, which is fine and not a deal-breaker. Tail section is completely new and gets revised LED tail lights with LED turn indicators.

Headlights are still projector units for both low and high beam. But these headlights are now populated by LEDs and not halogens. The main update, however, is its fully digital colour instrument cluster that supports Bluetooth and turn-by-turn navigation. This is the same boned and laminated screen we saw with Pulsar NS400Z. To control this screen, we have updated switchgear with a Mode button.

What are the updates to componentry?

Where componentry is concerned, Bajaj Auto has made efforts to offer an update with 2025 Pulsar RS200. We get new brake callipers from Grimeca at the front and rear, replacing ByBre units. There’s dual-channel ABS with ABS modes. Front tyre is now 110-section and rear tyre 140-section. These are fatter when opposed to the 100-section and 130-section units in preceding model. RSU telescopic front forks continue as they were, even though Pulsar NS160 gets USDs.

The same 199.5cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder KTM-derived engine continues to do duties on updated Pulsar RS200. This engine is capable of generating 24.1 bhp of peak power and 18.7 Nm of peak torque. A 6-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch to prevent wheel hopping while down-shifting is also notable.
