Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Specs Leak – Tyre Size, Wheelbase, Weight

Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 RenderRivals for Guerrilla 450 include Speed 400, X440, Mavrick 440, 390 Duke, Yezdi Roadster, CB300R, Apache RTR 310, G 310 R and othersWith the launch date announced, Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is garnering a massive spotlight to itself. It is easily the most anticipated motorcycle in India and has attracted the eyeballs of motorcycling enthusiasts worldwide. Ahead of launch on July 17th, 2024, Guerrilla 450 specs have been leaked and they are rather interesting. Let’s take a look.Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Specs LeakUshering into the single-cylinder performance motorcycle segment, Royal Enfield is expanding its Sherpa 450-based portfolio with a new Roadster-style offering. Like the Himalayan 450, it will be featuring Himalayan’s new chassis (at least the main frame) and the Sherpa 450 engine in a stripped-down manner to save on precious weight.Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Top and Base Variants. Credit – Bullet GuruGuerrilla 450 will be positioned as a Roadster, without the touring and off-roading hardware along with dimensions of Himalayan 450. Recent leaks have suggested Guerrilla 450 will be a smaller motorcycle and more importantly, lighter than its ADV sibling. How much smaller or lighter? Let’s see.The leak by warmfishsalad mentions Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 will measure 2,134 mm in length, 834 mm in width, 1,115 mm in height, and pack a 1,491 mm long wheelbase. This makes Guerrilla 450 111 mm shorter in length, 18 mm narrower, 201 mm shorter in height, and 19 mm shorter in wheelbase.Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Top Variant With Tripper DashWhere weight is concerned, the leak positions Guerrilla 450 at 183 kg, which is not as light as we would have hoped. Especially considering its rival, Honda CB300R, weighs just 146 kg. However, when compared to Himalayan 450 at 196 kg, Guerrilla 450 is 13 kg lighter as suggested by the leaks.Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Base Variant With Semi Analog Speedo and Tripper ScreenUnique engine tuneApart from changing the bike’s design and genre, Royal Enfield has also changed Guerrilla 450’s engine parameters to establish a unique character. As suggested by Guerrilla 450 specs leaked, there is 39.52 bhp of peak power at 8,000 RPM and 40 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 RPM. Give or take, the same metrics as Himalayan 450.What proved to be the most interesting aspect of this leak was Guerrilla 450’s tyre size. While every single one of its rivals is offering smaller or equal to 110-section front and 150-section at the rear, the leaks suggest Guerrilla 450 gets a 120-section front and 160-section rear tyre. This combination is seen with more expensive offerings like the Benelli Leoncino 500 and Kawasaki Z650.Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 RenderAs seen with previous spy shots taken during TVC shoots, Guerrilla 450 base model offers a semi-analog instrument cluster from the Meteor lineup with a Tripper Screen accessory and top model offers the Tripper Dash from Himalayan 450. Price-wise, the base model is estimated to undercut most of its rivals. Say, a ballpark of Rs 2.3 lakh (Ex-sh)? More

New Bajaj CNG Bike Render Based On Leaks – Expected Price, Mileage, Colours

New Bajaj CNG Bike RenderWith the promise of reduced running costs, Bajaj CNG bike can appeal to a wide segment of usersCNG two-wheeler concept is not new, as seen with CNG kits developed for scooters a few years back. But with Bajaj CNG bike, users will be getting a factory fitted CNG option for the first time. The switchable dual fuel function is another big advantage.Bajaj CNG Bike – Performance and MileageOne of the key USPs of Bajaj CNG bike will be its reduced running costs. Across most states, CNG is around Rs 20 cheaper than petrol. CNG has been a spectacular success as an alternative fuel in case of four wheelers. And now, Bajaj is all set to introduce the same benefits to two-wheeler users.New Bajaj CNG Motorcycle SpiedBajaj CNG bike is expected to get a 125cc engine. As CNG is less energy dense than petrol, performance of Bajaj CNG bike could be comparable to a 100cc commuter bike. One of the big questions on everyone’s minds is the mileage of Bajaj CNG bike.Bajaj CNG Bike Launch TeaserIt could be comparable to 100cc commuter bikes or much higher. It is possible that the engine may have been tweaked to achieve a higher fuel efficiency. A claimed range of around 70-90 km/L under test conditions seems plausible. Based on the leaked spy shots, Pratyush Rout has created digital renders of the Bajaj CNG bike in new colours.New Bajaj CNG Bike RenderBajaj CNG bike – Design and EquipmentIt appears that Bajaj CNG bike utilizes a mix of various design elements and components. For example, a hint of retro is seen with the circular headlamp. The upright handlebar points to the typical 100cc commuter bikes. ADV elements are present in the form of fork gaiters and knuckle guards. The long seat is also something that is usually seen with an ADV bike.New Bajaj CNG Motorcycle SpiedThese features add a lot more dynamism to the bike. Bajaj CNG bike has a premium appeal and is visually attractive. It will help achieve a clear distinction from the conventional design language used with entry-level commuter bikes.Other key features of Bajaj CNG bike include alloy wheels, telescopic forks at front, a monoshock rear suspension, upswept exhaust and rear tyre hugger. The bike is expected to get disc brakes at both ends.New Bajaj CNG Bike RenderRiding ergonomics are fairly comfortable with centrally mounted footpegs. With expected seat height of around 800 mm, Bajaj CNG bike will be suitable for a wide segment of users. Tech kit could include Bluetooth connectivity to access calls, text and music.Bajaj CNG bike launch details, PriceLaunch of Bajaj CNG bike is scheduled for tomorrow, 5th July. It is likely to be priced in the Rs 80k-90k range. Unveiling the bike will be Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Indian Government. Gadkari has consistently highlighted the need to switch to greener fuels, with CNG as one of the options. That alternative fuel options have made their way to two-wheelers is a significant milestone. Assuming that lakhs of consumers make the switch to CNG, significant savings will come via reduced energy import bills. More

Hyundai Inster Electric SUV Walkaround – Interiors, Exteriors, Sunroof, Bootspace

Hyundai Inster Electric SUV WalkaroundAs of now, Hyundai Inter launch date is still in the blur and the company is yet to reveal intended markets along with future sporty versionsKia and Hyundai is on the offensive when it comes to launching new electric vehicles. Apart from their global EVs with high-volt architecture (EV lineup for Kia and Ioniq for Hyundai), both companies have made rapid advances in low-voltage architecture EVs as well. The latest of the latter, is Hyundai Inster and here’s a walkaround of this vehicle from Fully Charged Show.Hyundai Inster Detailed WalkaroundHyundai Inster Detailed WalkaroundTeased early last month, Hyundai took the veil off its new Inster EV late last month. This is an electric version of Casper ICE vehicle that is sold exclusively in South Korea as of now. The recently debuted Inster is not launched yet and the intended markets are currently unknown.Hyundai Inster RearAccording to Hyundai, Inster name is inspired by the words ‘Innovate’ and ‘Intimate’ and fused with Casper. The video from Fully Charged Show demonstrates the exterior and interior highlights of this new Inster. This mainstream affordable electric offering carries a friendly design that should appeal to the masses. On the outside, Inster’s overall silhouette has been carried over from the Casper with subtle design changes. Especially at the front and rear, Inster now carries a lot of Pixel-inspired design attributes seen on more expensive Ioniq models. We can see pixel-effect LED turn indicators and the same pixel effect is in tail light signature too.[embedded content]Other notable attributes on the outside are round headlights with crosshair-like LED DRL signature, front charging port, thick B and C Pillars, swanky 17-inch alloy wheels, muscular side profile with sharp lines and wide haunches, along with crossover elements like roof rails, chunky body cladding, faux skid plates and the likes.Modern interiorsWe know Inster gained some length over Casper. More important gain is in the wheelbase. At 2,580 mm, Inster’s wheelbase unlocks a lot of interior room and the tall-boy design certainly helps in carving headroom. Boot space is a decent 280L. But with the optional sliding seats, boot space can be expanded to 351L!Hyundai Inster BootInteriors look a lot more upmarket and sophisticated, especially compared to other Hyundai’s of this size. New steering wheel gets the 4-dot logo, which reads H in Morse Code. As it doesn’t have a transmission tunnel and a center console, Hyundai is offering a front bench. Gear selector is on the steering column and looks similar to the one we saw on India-spec Creta EV.There are two 10.2-inch screens (one for infotainment, one for instrumentation), front ventilated seats, soothing pastel colour theme, single-pane sunroof, physical auto climate controls, funky seat upholstery, ambient lighting and more.Hyundai Inster InteriorPowertrain-wise, Hyundai Inster offers a 42 kWh and 49 kWh battery options that are mated to 97 PS and 115 PS electric motors respectively. Range is 300 km for smaller battery and 355 km for the larger battery variant. Hyundai is offering 11 kW AC charging as standard and 125 kW DC charging. Also read – Sporty N and N Line versions of Hyundai Inster Rendered More

Triumph Scrambler 400 ModifiedThis custom built Scrambler 400X motorcycle is a result of Triumph and White mountaineering collab – It is a one-off build and not for saleRenowned Japanese apparel brand, White Mountaineering, has collaborated with the legacy British motorcycle brand, Triumph to showcase a custom motorcycle based on Scrambler 400X. This custom motorcycle was unveiled at 2024 Tokyo Outdoor Show held in Makuhari Messe convention center in Chiba prefecture, Japan.Triumph And White Mountaineering CollabThe strategic partnership between Bajaj and Triumph has yielded a new affordable lineup for the British brand. Thus unlocking a whole new possibility for Triumph to significantly expand its portfolio to touch many more audiences across a much lower entry price point.Triumph And White Mountaineering Collab Custom Scrambler 400XThe Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X have been well-received globally. Now, Triumph Motorcycles Japan, a subsidiary of Triumph, has collaborated with renowned apparel brand from Japan, White Mountaineering, to create a one-off custom Scrambler based on a stock Scrambler 400X.Triumph And White Mountaineering Collab Custom Scrambler 400XSaid custom motorcycle was showcased at 2024 Tokyo Outdoor Show held between June 28th and 30th, 2024 at Chiba prefecture, Japan. This collab is was proudly displayed under the guidance of Yosuke Aizawa, founder of White Mountaineering and Yosuke Onuki, President of Triumph Japan.Custom Scrambler 400XThis is a one-off custom motorcycle build that aims to incorporate the outdoorsy lifestyle appeal of White Mountaineering brand and Triumph’s baby Scrambler. With the Scrambler 400X, Triumph has made its off-road and lifestyle oriented motorcycle range significantly affordable and it can be driven by an ordinary motorcycle license too.Custom Scrambler 400XHow different is it?When compared to the standard bike, the one-off custom Scrambler 400X build from Triumph and White Mountaineering collab is not that unique. We can see an adaptation based on the base motorcycle rather than redefining it entirely. In that regard, we can see a geometric pattern wrap on the fuel tank and on side body panels along with a custom front beak.Custom Scrambler 400XThe entire bike carries a murdered look with all-black theme. Even the golden-finished USD front forks and silver exhaust guards are now black too. Split seat has been replaced with a single-piece unit and the tail is now fully deleted. Stock dual purpose tyres have been swapped out in favour of off-road worthy knobby tyres. The new handlebar is now closer to rider and there is a massive headlight grill at the front. Powertrain-wise, there doesn’t seem to be any changes, carrying forward the 398.5cc single-cylinder liquid cooled engine with DOHC 4V head that is capable of 39.5 bhp and 37.5 Nm, mated to a 6-speed gearbox.Custom Scrambler 400X More

Bajaj CNG – Petrol Bike Switch And Engine Teased Ahead Of Launch

Bajaj CNG Bike Launch TeaserAs CNG is less performance oriented, upcoming Bajaj CNG bike with a probable 125cc engine is likely to perform close to a 100cc engineIndia is the world’s largest 2W and 3W vehicle market and is vastly dominated by budget commuter offerings. That said, this segment has been kind of stagnant with mechanical upgrades. So, OEMs are resorting to making these vehicles more feature loaded and gimmicky to draw buyers and establish relevance.Bajaj CNG Bike SwitchHowever, Bajaj Auto is taking a different route and is chasing the all-important higher mileage (fuel efficiency) and lower running costs. Say Namaste to world’s first CNG motorcycle that will launch on 5th July, 2024 in the presence of Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Indian Government.Bajaj CNG Bike Launch TeaserSince this is a world’s first genre, Bajaj intends to play it safe by making a more rounded product, intersecting with many sub-stratums. Bajaj CNG bike is a premium motorcycle that is on par with other 125cc offerings. On top of it, it is an ADV-inspired design to appeal to that audience as well.As seen in the spy shots, there is a stubby fuel tank that should house around 5L of petrol and we can see a long seat that almost extends across the bike’s wheelbase. The CNG tank is supposedly housed beneath this long seat and should carry a decent amount (say, 4kg to 5kg worth of CNG).[embedded content]Combined, CNG and petrol fuels should enable around the same tank range of a conventional 125cc commuter motorcycle. It has muscular tank shrouds highlighted in silver that also extends to the bike’s headlights housing.Bajaj CNG Bike Launch TeaserRound headlight lends a classic appeal and adding a premium quotient (in commuter segment) are handlebar braces, knuckle guards and front disc brakes. The overall seating and layout should feel ADV-like and Bajaj is offering higher ground clearance as well.Bajaj CNG Bike Launch TeaserWhat to expect?Other interesting elements are a large side body panel, stylish and muscular belly pan, split 5-spoke design alloy wheels, a rather functional grab rail for pillions, ribbed seat, conventional RSU telescopic front forks, rear mono-shock setup, a tyre hugger and an extensive range of colours.Bajaj CNG Bike Launch TeaserWhere powertrain is concerned, Bajaj is likely to go with a 125cc engine. Considering CNG is less performant than petrol, we should expect Bajaj CNG bike to perform similarly to a 100cc bike, but yield significantly better mileage (fuel efficiency) and lower running costs. Will this touch the 100 km/kg golden figure? Only time will tell. Also read – Bajaj new Dominar under development More
