From 27th April 2020, Okinawa Autotech Pvt. Ltd., had announced a price hike from 8 to 11 percent. This hike would increase dealer margins by Rs 2,000 per vehicle. The company has around 350 dealerships in the country and if a dealer was selling around 100 units per month, the price hike would ensure added profit to the tune of Rs 2 lakhs.
