Hero Electric has initiated a 3-day return offer (T&C apply) for its portfolio (excluding Flash lead-acid low speed model) purchased during the specially curated online scheme. Customers who make a purchase, can opt for a complete refund (100%) if the product is returned within 3 days of purchase.
Hero Electric has introduced a renewed second phase for its online offer until 31st May. Customers booking a Hero Electric scooter (excluding Flash lead-acid low speed model) will benefit from instant cash discount of Rs 4,000. Those booking Glyde will get a cash discount of Rs 3,000. Booking amount is fixed at Rs 2,999 for model variants.
With Hero Electric’s sale benefiting from referrals, customers will be given a 1k voucher for referral sales. The manufacturer’s electric scooter range includes Flash, Nyx, Optima, Photon, Flash, Dash, and the ER (Extended Range) variants, and Glyde powered by a lithium-ion battery.
With business activity slowly beginning in areas determined relatively safe in the backdrop of a nationwide lockdown, Hero Electric too is beginning to see some activity at its re-opened dealerships in green zones and select orange zones. This is in accordance to government directives announced across cities earlier this week.
COVID-19 protocols are specific and need to be adhered to under all circumstances. With priority being to safeguard the health of staff and customers at all times. Dealers have implemented measures to sanitize showrooms and bikes regularly, and thoroughly. Dealers are initiating at-home delivery as a flexible and safety measure. All products are being deep sanitised at dealerships before delivery, whether it’s undertaken at home or at the dealership.
Sohinder Gill, CEO, Hero Electric said, “The initial burst of enthusiastic response from our customers have indeed left no doubt in our mind that the customers are now seeking an economical and convenient solution from a trusted brand like Hero Electric for their commute that not only has extremely low running cost but also allows home to home drive without having to wait at the petrol stations or frequently taking their bikes for the servicing or repairs.”
Hero Electric is making changes to the way bikes are sold and serviced in order to protect customer and staff interest. The lockdown has successfully done what the greatest economic lowdowns couldn’t – bring business across the nation to a complete standstill. As activity begins at snail’s pace, it’s no surprise that offers are being curated to attract potential customers into making big ticket purchases at a time of great indecisiveness.
