Bajaj Auto has been on a major expansion of its global operations as the brand recently acquired KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas brands. In the domestic market, Bajaj Auto closed the sales account for the month of December 2025 and CY2025 with a grand total of 3,10,353 units which consisted of both domestic sales and exports. Let’s break down the numbers.
Bajaj Sales Dec 2025
In the month of December 2025, Bajaj Auto registered a total sales of 3,10,353 units which garnered a 14% YoY growth over 2,72,173 units sold in November 2024, leading to a 38,180 units gained in volume. When compared to the 3,49,048 units sold in November 2025, Bajaj witnessed an 11% MoM decline, losing 38,695 units in volume MoM.
Breaking down the numbers further, we can see that the company sold 1,32,228 units in the domestic market, which led to a 3% YoY growth over 1,28,335 units from last year, but there was a 39.5% MoM decline, over the 2,18,597 units sold a month before. YTD, Bajaj’s domestic sales stood at 17,27,128 units with a 4% YoY decline.
Bajaj shipped more 2W to global markets than its domestic sales in December 2025 as it shipped 1,78,125 units, registering a 24% YoY growth over the 1,43,838 units sold last year and a 36.54% MoM growth over the 1,30,451 units shipped a month before. There was a 24% YoY growth in exports YTD as the company shipped 14,23,033 units between April to December 2025.
CV Sales
The company’s total CV sales stood at 59,456 units, which was a 17% YoY growth and a 10.19% MoM growth. Breaking up the numbers, we can see that domestic CV sales stood at 37,145 units with 9% YoY growth and a 5.11% MoM decline. Exports stood at 22,311 units with a 32% YoY and a 60.66% MoM growth.
CV sales YTD stood at a grand total of 5,96,448 units with a 17% YoY growth, comprising of 3,79,510 units sold in the domestic market and 2,16,938 units shipped globally. The company’s total sales (2W + CV) stood at 3,69,809 units with a 14% YoY growth. Bajaj’s exports were higher in December 2025 than domestic sales, 2,00,436 units and 1,69,373 units respectively.
